Divan Hotel Ankara is a very nice hotel, rooms are stylished and well furnished. Very good breakfast and helful staff, as well as very enjoyable position. The only drawbach I experienced during my stay, was internet not working for a whole day, though the Hotel staff claimed it was a Turk Telekom problem.

Very nice, modern and clean hotel. Very friendly and high quality staff. Very good breakfast with different offers and suitable for vegitarians. Will come back again. Also the fact that they belong Miles & Smiles programm was beneficial.

Services and staff are really good at Divan Ankara. Hotel is in the middle of town where you can access some good restaurants and activites. It is a small building and standart rooms are not very large, but everything delivered is meeting your expectation. I really appreciate that parking and Internet access is included in the price. Breakfast is also very nice.

Location is very good - rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well designed - staff is helpful - rates are convenient - wired internet has good and fast connection and is free of charge Cooling is limited, which is good for sustainability, but should be presented as such

This was my first time at Divan Ankara. The location is excellent, walking distance to Tunali (liveliest street in Ankara), and Arjantin (the posh bars and restaurants). Easy to get to, and lots of things to do. The room was clean, the hotel staff were excellent, they were very kind. They were always smiling and giving positive energy. They even let me check out late on the last day of my trip. I hope they dont change the quality of service and keep it this way, because I'd stay at Divan Ankara again!

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was well decorated. The spa center and the girl there were excellent. There was free connection as well. Pillows were not so relaxing that we couldn't sleep at night. The spa center was small and closed very early even on Saturday on 6:00 pm, and the worst was that it totally was closed on Sunday.

Temiz ve güleryüzlü otel Otel rezervasyonunda kahvaltı hariç diye belirtilmediği halde sabah kahvaltıya indiğimizde kahvaltının ekstra olduğunu söylediler. Booking rezervasyonlarında kahvaltı dahil değilmiş bu otel rezervasynunda booking sayfasında belirtilmeli çünkü bu önemli bir kriter.

Oda tavandan su damlatıyordu.Sabaha kadar su damlama sesi ile geçirdik.Bu düzeyde otele yakışmadığını düşünüyorum. Oda temiz ve düzenliydi.Çalışanlar oldukça iyiydi.
