airconditioning in my room turned off early in the morning

nice hotel, but onlxy if you need to visit Pendik area. for Istanbul visits absolutely too far out

accomodation was clean, but no bathrobe or other items, for the price, food extremely expensive

The facilities in the room were good, shower bathroom, internet etc.

1. To begin with the airconditioning in my room could not be turned off and I had to ask at the reception for this to be resolved. 2. I was a little disappointed in the restaurant as I was expecting a greater choice of traditional Turkish food to be on the menu.

The hotel is new, clean, well furnished. Rooms are large and comfortable. Very nice bathroom. Fitness facilities are good. Lounge facilities are good. Staff is nice & friendly.

Although the hotel is visible from surrounding neighborhood navigation is quite tricky. It took us several wrong turns and a good hour to find the entrance.

Location, is both good and bad. It's close to the Asian side airport, so that's a plus. At the same time, it wasn't obvious whether there would be anything to see during leisure time at walking distance.

As an international hotel for tourist and business men from all over the world, there is every need for the introduction of African food in their menu.

Nothing at all about hotel facilities and staff , but i like to give a comment about route and road, there is not a spesific traffic symbols , abbrevation and shortcut navigation aids to the destination. Governor may take corrective actions.

Excellent stay all round. Managers and staff 100% dedicated. Rooms, food, customer services excellent. During my stay, my dad had taken ill, but the promp, quick service reveived from the nite duty manager on 16 Sept 2012, was so professional, the ambulance was called and we were assisted and really well cared for. I was impressed by this hotel for their services, and customer services. I would highly recommend this hotel. Well done to an excellent staff. God bless you all. Regards Mr Dookhie London.

The Hotel really has a special feel when you first enter the building. Its very well decorated with a real feel of quality. This was the same with the quality of furnishings in the rooms. The roof top restaurant was fantastic, prices are a little high compared to local prices but inline with most other 5 star European hotels

I booked two king corner rooms. The first one I walked into had an amazing panoramic view of eastern Istanbul and the Marmara and was situated on an external corner of the building.The second room although a similar size was on an internal corner without the views. I asked reception and was told "it is a corner room sir" Make this clear when your booking, one will take your breath away, one will make you wish you'd saved your money and booked a standard room. Internet speed very slow 0.2mb.

Divan Istanbul was a great hotel regarding the services and comfort we got against the value of money paid.

Excellent spa / fitness area. Good food, and reasonably priced. Rooms were excellent and service fantastic.

It is very very windy at the outside pool

Spacious, modern and well-equipped room, we had one with sea-view. Generous breakfast buffet.

Even with navigator, access is not easy because of the fast highway (D-100) in front. It has limited exits and finding the side-road to the hotel is confusing if you come from the North, i.e. Maltepe/Bostanci.

Stylish and luxury hotel with large rooms. Near to Sabine Goksel airport ( 10-15 min with car) Beautiful restaurant with amazing views of the 16 th floor
