The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the way they treated me. My room was really big and spacious. The hotel facilities were new and good. The food was not that good. They can definitely do better. The breakfast was so so, however the dinner lacked the quality a lot. The shower had drainage problems and water was leaking from the shower edge. You needed to either walk 10 minutes (including inclines) or take a car to the pistes.

Sarikamis bir doga harikasi. Kayak merkezi kucuk ama cok guzel ve herkes icin uygun. Otel yeni, kayak ekipmani yeni ve iyi. Otel personeli cok iyi niyetli, servis iyi. Otel sahibi Recep Bey misafirler ile bizzat yakindan ilgileniyor.

Sicakkanli, misafirperver otel personeli, otelin konumu ve temizligi bizi en cok memnun eden ozellikleriydi. Acik bufe ve restoran yine cok sicakkanli personele ragmen ortalama bir seviyede.

Otel Yeni ve eksiklerinin olmasına rağmen çalışanların sıcaklığı ve yardımseverliği ile eksikler mükemmel bir şekilde kapatılıyor. Otelin konumu ve mimarisi çok güzel.

Amazing and lovely hotel staff. Service was amaxing too. There is just slight requirements related to envoirement due to recent opening. But im sure they will recover in time.
