The view was great

The geographic location of the hotel on the Asian side made for a much more authentic experience than in the tourist ghetto of Sulthanamet. The hotel was less than 5 minutes walk to the ferry port to cross to the other side (3 Turkish Lira and 15 minute boat trip) and for going out in the evening the range and choice of bars in the streets around was great.

The hotel was great- beautiful lobby, great, spacious cozy room! We received an upgrade- king size room, sea view, 11th floor. Was a great experience at Hilton Moda and we recommend it. we choose it for our anniversary.

I like the Kidokay area that I Will Never discovered if I stayed in European part. Secondly, the trip by boat to reach the European part was so Nice.

The hotel is faraway Atatutk Airport but you could land next Kadikoy at another istanbul airport in Asia part. One day, They are fog, So it was impossible to reach dowtown by boat. The boat Line were closed all the day and the traffic was impossible. No taxi driver want to take us in European part because the traffic jam was incredible and it would take more two hours to reach the other side of Bisohore. We had no choice and we stayed in Asia part to discover Kadikoy area. To conclude, it was not so bad.

I was very stressed when the receptionist told me that my credit card-Master card with which I made my booking is not credit card but debit and it can't be accepted, incompetent staff.

Very expensive breakfast: 50 try. No true turkish tea available.

The location is fine and room is clean and nice.

1. At the hotel inside at pool the poor staff ask for evidence of stay even we are in the robe at poolside. 2. Very poor behavior of reception and they forget to give water (complementary) maybe purposely. 3. I was charged extra on my credit card after I paid everything. still I am waiting for the claimed amount back to my account. lot of complaints and overall this Hilton is poor in service than any other Hilton I stayed before.

- I would love to see good deals, and a membership program. I come once a month and would love to stay there each time. - I stayed in a room that is called something with "king", a separator was broken between room and bath tab. When I booked, it was one of the things attracted me but could not enjoy that. - Booking does not have relevant information, creates confusion on what to get..

There is one receptionist who behaves pretty bad. I always avoid her at the reception. Gym is rather small compared to other 5 star hotel in Istanbul.

At breakfast ,there was no staff at opening time. Training of the employees of the dining room is low.

Design and place of hotel in asian side is directly in front of the harbour, so transfer ship is very close and its cheap. Hotel is clean, good wellness and breakfast, super style, pool on the top and nice view. Good spa and nice rooms. Hotel is quiet too and price for istanbul ok.

Not only in that hotel, everywhere in turkey people have other mentality. The problem is that you have to ask a lot and don´t get same service like in other cities. You have to wait sometimes too long. We asked on reception about going to the city and check-in later. After that we could check-in but it needs and so we lost one more hour. You cannot come to Asian site in easy way in very late evening or night. From Atatürk airport hotel is far.

The location is close to the beach and the sea view was excellant. The staff speaks english fluently and they are willing to help.The checolate bescuit which was served upon arrival was so delicious. The hotel from all perspective is very good.

It is expensive.It is a little far from the centre that needed us to take taxi and sea busses. The beer and whine in the room.

everything about the hotel, landscape of the front rooms, its position that enables you to reach by 5 minutes walking to public transport of all kinds including sea vessels to all over Istanbul.

I like location and hotel services.

The hotel is located in the center of shops, cafes and restaurants. Everything is available around the hotel and night life is so nice.

The staff were so friendly and cooperative, they provided a vanilla & strawberry cake and a bottle of wine as a gift because I was celebrating my Annual Anniversary. The jacozy in the Corner King Suite was amazing. My wife loved the Spa. The Hotel is within walking distance from the sea port which is between Istanbul Europe and Istanbul Asia.

The location was great, very friendly staff, and amazing view. Great breakfast buffet.

Carpet in the room and the fact there are very few tv channels, and fewer movie options. For a hotel of this sophistication i would have expected a much broader range of channels.

Dirty! The round bath/shower is difficult to get in and out of and not good for people over fifty

Location in Kadiköy was ideal and very close to ferry terminal to the European side. Staff was very friendly Nice and clean rooms 360Istanbul restaurant on roof-top

Room was cold in January, the heating wasn't sufficient in the evenings in the room (probably it's turned lower for the night). Bed was extremely uncomfortable, very soft. We both got a lower back ache for the end of our 5-days stay. Room service kept on disturbing. They came always early morning already at 9-9:30 (even on New Year's Eve morning!) and they also managed to disregard the "Do Not Disturb" sign. It was very upsetting in the end. Breakfast is super-expensive at 22 EUR/person, rather choose any nearby cafe (in 1-2 minutes walking distance there are many good places to eat).
