no free wifi at room fitness facilities are poor no swimming pool
Amazing service, friendly staff. We traveled with two young children and the staff was very helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend Hilton.
friendly staff, delicious breakfast
mainly paid internet, today completely rarely found situation.
Handy location next to a tram stop (Laleli) and if you are a keen walker also within walking distance from Sultanahmet area where main tourist attractions are. Big room, we had windows facing to street in the back of the hotel so not too noisy. Clean bathroom with handheld shower & some toiletries. Good water pressure. Very good big buffet breakfast, hot & cold options, lots of fresh fruits and they have a cook to make omelettes, waffles etc. Friendly, professional staff. We got the room early and would have been allowed to check out late.
Room windows have very poor sound isolation. On the main road there is traffic all night and tram also. Breakfast is pricey (20€) even though big so it might be a good idea to try to get an offer where breakfast is included. Not many dining options in the neighbourhood near hotel (but they are only 3 trams stops away)
Loved the location, close to the Blue Mosque, Haiga Sofia, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar and excellent access to the tram which we took all over and to Taksim Square. Cookies are amazing here! Breakfast was good. Overall would definitely stay here again
Concierge was a bit aloof. Hotel prices of tours were way too expensive, do it privately, we paid 10 Lira for a Bosphorus Tour and the hotel wanted 90 Euros. also the hotel transfers were way too expensive, as was the restaurant they recomended. Get breakfast with your room as the a la carte was pricey. WiFi is not free so that was a downer.
The food was good. The common arias were nice. The decoration accessories were beautiful. The staff was very polite.
The breakfast was not included and most of the colleagues hadn't realised that. The room didn't have outside window. There were some small imperfections (like scratchies) in the interior of the room.
too much almost everything
I took the advice of many others and requested an interior room--such a great decision. Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice--buffet style.
* Location * Breakfast
Paid WiFi First floor corner room is too noisy
no free wifi
very good spa facilities and fair prices clean and cozy rooms
for a 5 star hotel i find ridiculous to pay for wifi
Poor Customer Service Poor house keeping no hot water for most of the stay
Water coming to shower black dirty
Paid Wifi and breakfast May need more selection.
Only a 10 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and Topapki Palace Museum. Staff was friendly and room was actually more spacious than any other I had on my trip.
It is also in the middle of the busy peddling area where makeshift vendors try to sell knockoff jewelry and purses. I suggest planning your arrival while its still daylight as it is not especially easy to gather your bearings after sunset.
Beautiful and modern hotel, excellent staff, perfect location...
location was good
room was not ready and had to wait in lobby for 5 hours till they come to me. and internet is not for free.. that sucks in today's world if a hotel is asking you to pay for net.
WiFi to pay Expensive breakfast No shuttle from airport or at least no answer received to this query
The location and the staff at the frontdesk was very prompt also the breakfast was good
The room service did not clean our rooms inspite of putting the make my room tag
Most importantly the location was excellent and easily walkable to the most historical places, the breakfast fantastic, the room was clean and quiet, the lounge had plenty of books to read on Turkey and the business centre was well equipped. Penny and Rocco, Cape Town
I had a suite with 2 adult children and it worked perfectly.
most hotels we stayed have had wi-fi included in the price of the room.
clean, quite and comfortable
the wi fi very weak and does not worth to pay for It
Paid WiFi! No airport Pick-up service
Can hear people from connecting rooms.
Friendly and helpful staff especially the doorman Mustafa who was exceptionally reliable in arranging for our taxi to the airport a day earlier. Our Haman experience in the Hotel was very good value for money, the masseurs were very skillful. Having a 20% discount as a HHonours member made it even more enjoyable. So sign up, everyone who reads this! The Hotel is within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel for very easy access to the other sights. Very good value for your money.
our bed was too soft
