Friendly staff who went out of their way for you.
Sauna and steam area mixed and not catered for women only
Comfortable, nicely furnitured room Well equiped SPA Rich buffet style breakfest Good quality WIFI Internet access
Good location with very convenient public transportation available near by! Bell boy was very helpful, walked me to the nearby tram stop, taught me how to use the machine and use the tram!
You always feel like you are being watched while going in and out of the hotel by staff in the lobby! On a weekend night while a friend was visiting I recieved a call from the reception asking if my friend is staying over for the night then id have to pay extra as the room was booked for one and if he is not staying over then he would have to leave within 15 minutes, ive never encountered this in any hotel all over the world ever before and ive been to quiet few! Was very rude, and made my visitor feel uncomfortable and was inconvenient as a host! Thats all because my visitor was polite enough not to go straight away up to the room and rather polite enough to inform then he came to visit! Besides im sure if it was a female visitor for a solo traveler it wouldnt have caused much fuss! At the end, it made things uncomfortable for me and my guest that he had to leave, and just ruined my night and weekend! Felt like the hotel is very materialistic and it was clear I had no problem in paying double the price I booked the night for, however was embarrassing receiving the call and having being interrogated and questioned infront of my guest, that it was impossible to keep it without my guest knowing what the conversation was about! And the room was located in front of the elevator so was a bit noisy with children screaming from other floors, and the room is a bit caster phobic! The window looked on another building, which made the room stuffy!
I stayed in the suite room; yet I had to pay for WiFi.
- LOCATION (the tram station is in front of the hotel, gives you easy access to everywhere, also the grand bazar is close) - Staff (always smiling, helpful) - Breakfast (I loved the salad & fruit bar) - The terrace restaurant was amazing, also the normal one is good as well - Bed was super comfortable - Quite room - Terrance was lovely, specially with the snow
- The Spa was not up to expectations
The hosbitality is very poor and the stuf is not not interacted with the guests . As soon i got there they said i dont have resrvation and they wake me up for check out although i informed them about the late check out
Excellent guest relations service by Duygu Onal who went out of her way to assist with accommodation - friendly, polite and efficient. Staff service exemplary. The hotel was very comfortable with easy access to transport and centrally located. Will definitely go there again!
Paid internet - very unusual Not best quality housekeeping
The closeness to tourist attractions and the staff and free internet
The sewage smell from the bathroom
Stuffs are very nice. We are very satisfied. The location is quite good to walk to the centre of old town.
Hotel staff are very friendly and who all provide service with a smile. Overall, Hotel seems efficiently managed. I would not hesitate using it again or recommending it to others.
Although there is some flexibility, would be good to have more free Wifi in the lobby than the stipulated 60 mins per 24hrs.
Near to the city
Small Room and uncomfortable bed
Poor quality conditioner does not come out of bottles. They don't give all you ask only good lip services
The location is great, near all of the historical sites. The valet parking is a good service as you are not forced to find parking in the busy area. The room was decorated to a high standard, most comfortable bed I have slept in at a hotel. The staff was very helpful and always provided a solution to any issues or questions.
The Wi-Fi had a weak signal in my room. The shower door did not seal and water would leak all over the bathroom floor. No major problems, just small issues.
Everything abt this hotel is 5 stars.
Only small issue is that the wifi is paid. I should be free.
very small rooms
Staff responded to complain very fast
Room was smelling rotten and masty.
no free wifi at room fitness facilities are poor no swimming pool
Amazing service, friendly staff. We traveled with two young children and the staff was very helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend Hilton.
friendly staff, delicious breakfast
mainly paid internet, today completely rarely found situation.
Handy location next to a tram stop (Laleli) and if you are a keen walker also within walking distance from Sultanahmet area where main tourist attractions are. Big room, we had windows facing to street in the back of the hotel so not too noisy. Clean bathroom with handheld shower & some toiletries. Good water pressure. Very good big buffet breakfast, hot & cold options, lots of fresh fruits and they have a cook to make omelettes, waffles etc. Friendly, professional staff. We got the room early and would have been allowed to check out late.
Room windows have very poor sound isolation. On the main road there is traffic all night and tram also. Breakfast is pricey (20€) even though big so it might be a good idea to try to get an offer where breakfast is included. Not many dining options in the neighbourhood near hotel (but they are only 3 trams stops away)
Loved the location, close to the Blue Mosque, Haiga Sofia, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar and excellent access to the tram which we took all over and to Taksim Square. Cookies are amazing here! Breakfast was good. Overall would definitely stay here again
Concierge was a bit aloof. Hotel prices of tours were way too expensive, do it privately, we paid 10 Lira for a Bosphorus Tour and the hotel wanted 90 Euros. also the hotel transfers were way too expensive, as was the restaurant they recomended. Get breakfast with your room as the a la carte was pricey. WiFi is not free so that was a downer.
