Scenary + a few very helpful staff (except for 1!!!) with the prices the hotel charge, it would be nice if services are consistent and up to standard 2 improvements perhaps: 1) noise, someone water the plant early in the morning and that was quite noisy, 2) spot lights in the swimming pool/ garden area, our curtains could not block out the light, and the room was so bright that we could not sleep, we had to hang our bed sheet over the curtains to try and block some of the light out Apart from that, the hotel is good in other areas |

The grounds and pool area are amazingly beautiful. The rooms are done up well also. Coffee break at 5pm for everyone is nice with hot drinks and sweets. The staff are very friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay special. The view from atop the dining room balcony is also spectacular. Breakfast provided is excellent as well. I would definitely stay there again. Small things to complain about. The shower was terrible, you could neither find the correct temperature of burning hot or freezing cold. Went to take a late shower one evening and there was no hot water for some reason. The shower head in our room needed to be replaced badly as it sprayed in every direction but at you. A little out of the way of the main markets/harbour area but this could also be taken as a positive if that's what you are looking for...it didn't really bother us that much. |

Very helpful staff, especially since the property is many different levels with many stairs. Notified staff (after asking guests to be quiet directly from my balcony) about guests using the pool at midnight and being very loud. Nothing was done. |

Ausgezeichnetes Zimmer (Suite), sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit Pool, ruhig trotz Nähe zur belebten Innenstadt von Bodrum. Das Personal machte teilweise einen unprofessionellen Eindruck, z.B. wurde bei einem frühen Frühstück (um 07:30 Uhr, offizieller Frühstücksbeginn) am Tisch um uns herumgefeudelt. Die Zimmer wurden zum Teil erst extrem spät und nur nach Anruf bei der Rezeption gereinigt (um 18:00 Uhr), dabei wurden die Mülleimer nicht immer geleert oder Handtücher der Vorbewohner vergessen. |
