    -the location was acceptable as it was close to the street so we could use the transportation to move inside the country

    •The beds were not comfortable and the matrix was not matching for a 5 stars hotel once. •The room service was very bad, when you request something they might bring it but after you finish needing it plus that the room cleaning were not that level for such a 5 stars hotel. •The staff was very poor in English so it was kind of hard to communicate with them even in simple things. •The room furniture was shocking as it was really poor for such a hotel in this rate starting from the carpets up to the bed covers and bathrooms •The internet service was a challenge as you need a miracle to connect and once you connect it will disconnect once the phone screen is off.

    The attitude of the management,as we did not want all inclusive and tried to arrange b&b as we glad to extend our stay and they were most helpful even though this was or third stay in a year, soneefkess to say we will note returning or recommending to our friends.stay sir Paul

    Bed in our room was truly kingsized american type. Very rare to find in European hotels. Nice size and quite comfortable!

    Overcrowded hotel or it feels like that. Like in most of European and Turkish hotels only lobby is air-conditioned hallways and other areas are sweltering hot... Food is typical all inclusive buffet quality, staff not quite attentive and slow cleaning up tables. Now one word regarding this and a major annoyance: A lot of young poorly trained staff. For example: Sun set in July is 8:30 pm and is nice to be on the beach when it is not scorching hot well not according to hotel management they ordered their staff to start pulling sun-beds at around 4pm they are intimidating us by pulling and turning over and simply stacking beds bringing tables for the dinner and simply cleaning with large vacuum cleaners. When we protested they say this is the order?! Second example in beach-side restaurant/coffee shop staff/waiters are constantly doing something to the point of annoyance. One would come and pick up ashtray and stand by you cleaning it, the second would pull napkin holder and just stand there next to you cleaning it for 10-15 min. at the same time another person would pull a chair next to you and start dusting it?! and then after few minutes they would do it over again and over again till you stand up and leave... They simply do not understand that waiters and staff should be close to un-visible it seems to them that what is important is what they have to do and at the time they want to do it, not when it is convenient for the guest. Typical example of poor hotel management. They all seriously need good hotel management training. These things might seem as too picky but truly I am versed traveller and I know good hotel training when I see one but these kids including their management are not trained at all they have no idea how to run hotel of this size, or if they do they think it is they who are important not the guests. One of the major reasons not to come back to this place ever again.
