تعامل معظم موظفي الاستقبال غرفتي كانت غير جاهزه عند وصولي أعطوني الغرفة الخطأ وحين طلبت تغييرها أخذوا من الوقت 40 دقيقة كأنهم لا يريدون تغييرها

I like only a hotel location

Hospitality was very very poor, no information a bout area I am living in. I had stolen on that area and hotel had no action at all, they ignore me

Staff friendly

Hotel taxi driver wanted to charge extra which I didn't like it .

Hotell staffs were very helpfull and very polite all the time.

Good hotel, very good position (really close to Taksim square and the main shopping street). The staff was really helpful and also the price was good.

The Hotel entrance was nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was very delicious.

The rooms are not isolated. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms and from the hallway. Absolutely no privacy. Theoretically you could replace the room door with a curtain. This hotel is not suitable for families. I am 31 ​​years old and was with my girlfriend there, even for us, it was too much. Never again!

قربه الشديد من ميدان تقسيم ,نظافة الغرف ,طاقم العمل يتقن العربية والانجليزية ,مساعدة اوز لنا في اي مشوار نود ان نذهب اليه الروائح المتعددة الجميلة المصاحبة من باب الاوتيل حتى الغرف

وقت ترك الغرفة صارم جدا مع انه العيد من الاوتيلات المجاورة تسمح لك بالبقاء حتى الساعة الرابعة

The location,the price

The isolation was not very good, so the noise from outside(especially on the second floor) was annoying at night

Free Internet Location

Most staff were not helpful Noisey,,There were no sound proof walls,You can hear every sound in the hotel. I use to speake with my childern next room through the walls easily. No king size bed available Bathroom not comfortabl at all and the side edge of the bathtub is very high from ground. Didn't try the food, breakfast price was expensive.

Very good facilities and staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is excellent very close to Taksim Square.

I stayed 3 nights there. Every thing was good. Acceptable Gym for simple work-out. Nice Turkish Bath. Suna, Small indoor swimming pool. Quite and nice for romance

- The Location before the construction as most of Hotels refused to drive around the Blocked Roads. -Breakfast is good

The fact that i was forced to pay for a bottle of water which never taken from the Mini Bar, considering that Complementary water bottle is kept each day to be used yet i was charged 12TL, so if you total all the 4days i spent the bottle of water would be @rate of 3TL each so why tell the guests that water is complimentary if this is their trick? NOT HAPPY AT ALL for this move. Therefore; i recommend whoever stay there should inform the Hotel to remove all the items so that no trick will be played at the end of your trip.

Nice balcony with awesome view on eighth floor!

The location is in the famous Taksim Square where all tourists tend to stay... witch actually has incredible traffic and the streets are not safe at night as there many robbers around.

The rooms are as described on the website, quite old and used ad not that clean. The shower was a huge problem for me as they have the shower head installed up on the wall and they dont have the mobile shower head so it was very uncomfortable having a shower. Bathroom very small and dark, not enough lights. One evening i had to go out , when to the reception and asked for a taxi. The receptionist said: Go on the street and take one!" at 23 o"clock at night, i would get robbed or harassed for sure in this area, it's not safe - i tell him. He gives me a fake smile and starts talking on the phone. I wait.... He finishes his conversation on the phone, comes up at me and says: "Listen mam', my bell boy is not here so i cant find a taxi for you, go on the street!" and opens the door for me and practically kicks me out. They charged me 80E for a late check out at 17 o"clock when 1 night was 110. Also after i payed the extra charge they bothered me in the room at 12 to kick me out and i had to argue with them that i have already payed. There was a permanent humming sound in my room from the ventilation system, difficult to fall asleep.

Noise from other rooms during night. The response of the hotel people was not very pleasant to our request to stop.
