the spa, gym, room, staff and its location because it is close to taksim square. the Air Condition dose not work properly. |

Nice rooms, nice location in town (although some traveling is eeded to reach the places of interest). The view of our room was poor. There were no possibilities to adjust the temperature in the room (November). The temperature was far too high. The rate of the breakfast was too high for the services that were offered. |

Use of the swimming pool, gymnasium and Sauna. Pleasant helpful staff. The shower head in my room did not hold its setting. The AC was noisy. |

Friendly hotel, 3 minutes walking distance from the center of the city. Maybe the rooms should be a bit more spacious for a 5 stars hotel, but this is not that important. |

Hotel location is excellent, near to Shopping & Resturant area, near to tourism tours agencies ; the standard room is good for two adults and one kid maximum few of the hotel staff dosent speak english well |

Wi-fi present in the room. Good position near Taksim square. Breakfast no good compared to price 19 EU! Reception quite slow. At 11:00 a.m. minibar staff made check-up in the room without privacy. |

Its in a good location and staff were friendly and helpful.The rooms were clean and bathroom too The room was very small compared to what we were paying and there was no proper mirror in the room to get dressed infront of .the corridors were dark and not well lit |

I like the staff at reseption desk,room service,everybody is very friendly.I am from Azerbaijan.i can recommend this hotel to everyone who will travel to istanbul.if you need help ask Bahar,Ersin and Savas at reseption desk they will reccomend you where to go for your needs. |

luxury room. friendly staff. metal detector at the hotel entrance, security in the area (Takism) staff not very efficient (but friendly). In hotel conglomerate, Taksim, you still have to fight off solicitors every time you go back to hotel. But then again outside Taksim it's even worse. By the way, we stayed at "Elite World Hotel", next to "Elite World prestige". "Elite Hotel" may not exist as a actual hotel? Our friends booked "Elite Hotel" also in Taksim but get transferred to Nippon Hotel. |

Conceiar was very helpful. Breakfest is a must. The staff at the resturant and breakfest buffet were great. 1 day before check out me and my wife woke-up very dizzy. Come to find out they started what they reffered to as "deep cleaning" that morning. I spoke to the manager who offered me a room with 2 beds. This would not work for me due to this was our honeymoon. After talking some more we were assured that when we return that day from our activitys that we would have a suite at no addtianal charge. Well when we returned they moved us to a room the size of a small closet. and we were still both suffering from bad dizziness. I complaned again and was told that they had no other rooms and that "I had to deal with it" They were very rude and were not willing to accomadate us. I asked them to check me out and had to fight not to get charged 4 that n |

. Room was not ready, when we came back tzo chek in at 2 p.m., we went to the room and it was not we expected which was seen on photo. Sofa bed was very very dirty and we asked to chnage the room, so after 1 hour they showed us another rom, same one, but with littel cleaner sofa, we accptred as we were tired and we could not argue anlonger as tehy said they have no other options. we were veyr disapointed nad angry. we will not recommend to this hotel to any of good clients or friends of us |

The location is very convenience I paid high rate for 3 rooms but the other 2 rooms had no facilities such as coffee tea cups glasses and electric kettle. I kept requesting but no response. |

The service from staff was shocking for a 5 star hotel . If it takes 5 or 6 phone calls to get towels and then u have to tell them off for towels plus they can't speak English or they don't want to speak English . shocking Service.!!!! |
