Malasef bu hotel icin soyleye bilecegim tek sey, hotel personelinun guler yuzlu olmasidir. Ancak ne kadar guler yuzlu olsalarda yasadigim soruna herhangi bir cozum uretemediler.. Hotelin sogutmasi ve isitmasi merkezi sistem oldugu icin hotelde konaklayan misfarilerin cogunluguna gore isitma veya sogutma oluyor, dolayisi ile yazinda ortasinda bir bakmisiniz odanizdaki klima sicak ufluyor olabilir.. Keza bizim yasadigimiz sorunda buydu, gece boyunca 35 derece sicaklikta uyumak zorunda kaldik. Balkon kapisini actiginiz takdirde, gece 1-2 ye kadar devam eden muzik sesi ve sabahin 8 inde baslayan yine muzik sesi sizi bekliyor olacaktir. Internette hotel sapancada gozuktugu icin ayarlamistik, ancak sapancaya gittigimizde hotelin Adapazarinda oldugunu gorduk. Dolayisi ile birgunluk tatilimiz henuz basinda husran ile baslamis oldu. BU HOTELI KESINLIKLE AMA KESINLIKLE TAVSIYE ETMIYORUM, BEN BIR HATA YAPTIM VE CILESINI CEKTIM BENDEN BASKASI CEKMESIN..

Konforlu,geniş odalar,temizlik çok iyi.. SPA hizmetlerinde masaj hizmeti almak istedik ama 2 gün boyunca randevu bulamadık(bayan bölümünde).Açıklama olarak dışarıdan internet kuponu ile satın alma yapanların randevusu varmış.Anlayacağınız otel müşterisi idik ama masaj hizmeti için randevu veremediler.

resepsiyon, restoranda personel ilgiliydi ve sıcak davrandılar. kendimi evimde hissettim. spa wellnes servisini kullandım. daha önce bali masajı yaptırmamıştım. herhangi bir fikrim yoktu. masaj sırasında sorun yaşamadım hatta beğendim. beğenimi ilgili personele bildirdim. daha sonra akşam sırtımda ve boynumda ağrı hissettim. bunun olmaması gerektiği kanaatindeyim. ilgili personelin bali masajı hakkında eğitim sahibi olmadığı şüphesi uyandı.

Very nice Spa, friendly staff, tasty food. Comfortable room and bed. Located in some sort of semi-industrial area so nothing around. A quite hidden note on the breakfast buffet indicating that the fresh orange juice actually costs additional money. Felt like a small scam when we got the bill.
