Top location within old town, many restaurants, bars and shopping. Friendly helpful staff small room but comfortable beds good value for budget hotel
Room on 4th floor and no elevator.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great (but this depends on your interests). It is very close to old monuments - Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, etc. Also, there are train stations nearby, so you can easily go to Taksim, or to boat transportation. Room was clean, and the breakfast wasn't so bad.
The room was so small and sometimes we had the problem with wifi (in room).
good staff specially the Syrian worker Ahmed he is very helpful man
the front liner staff very good
The room was too small
Nice relaxed atmosphere, friendly people (especially Mrs. Guli who warms the early departer with a good cup of coffee).
Location near Hippodrome, tramvay, shops, restaurants. The area did not "die" after 20:00 hrs, unlike much of Turkey. For one reason or another I had a triple room. Rather jolly woman at reception. Easy going about when to pay. Restaurant attached with 10% discount for residents
Not a problem for me but cash in local currency strongly preferred. Because I was in a triple room and was told I'd be moved next day, I packed up every morning, but stayed in the same room every night! No elevator! My poor knees!
Location was perfect, friendly staff, daily cleaning & I liked the food in hotel's restaurant. overall.. I was looking for nice place to stay (close to city centre) so I think this hotel was exactly what I was looking for.
location was perfect... staff was excelent... i love this hotel.. i'm going to visit it next time
Young and friendly people. Good staff. Breakfast is good. The main reason to chose this hotel was the excellent place at the center of the historical part of Istanbul. I'll be back soon!
Absolutely perfect location within easy reach of all the sights in the old town. Located in a quiet side street, we slept very well. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Compared to the price - much better than expected in all areas.
The location ONLY!!!
The first night I had to sleep in another hotel as EMIN was fully booked!!! The second day I had to move to Emin, climbing the stairs to the second floor without elevator, we are over 70. The room was dirty the sheets teared the wardrobe broken without hungers with hinges to hung the cothes, even the bed lamps over our heads were hunging broken. The poor breakfast was served in a dirty restaurant. There were no loby. Worst hotel in my life, an old traveler for business and leisure having visited too many cities and countries in all continents exept Australia. They could not also accept the credit card by which I made the reservation and I had to pay by another credit card. I hope that they will not charge later as they have my card's number.
the positive point is only location.
Room and bathroom had mildew on walls. Room looked and smelled like it was not used for a long time. I ran away after one night.
it was horrid. for instance: the shower drainage was terrible even after i went to let them know and ask them to clear it, they didn't do it.
room too small
The stuff was so kind Breakfast very good The location great
The location is great. It is in the center of the old city. The employees are very nice and speak English.
The accomodation has a cheap aspect, the room is tight, but it is confortable. It is perfect for a single person only. But if you want only to sleep and not to lie in the room, it is perfect.
Central location very near to Blue Mosque, Sophia Mosque, Palace and the pier to go for the Bosphorus cruise
Room is small. Slightly noisy as it is next to main road.
Clean room Including breakfast Near to the metro station Near to many attractions
A little old room
Fantastic location, breakfast was good.
The room was tiny - the smallest room I have ever seen. It had a double/queen bed and then with our 2 bags there was no extra room. We had to climb over them to go to the bathroom.
The staff was very nice. It was a very affordable place to stay and you get what you pay for.
The rooms seemed very unfinished. The flooring didn't go all the way to the wall, there was exposed plumbing in the bathroom, the phone wasn't functional, etc. Also, it could really use a deep-cleaning.
The recepcionists help us with everything we asked for. Very kind staff. The location is ideal for going to most of the significant sites walking. Room is fine. Small but clean and quietful.
It was very well located, walking distance from the main attractions in the old city, and the staff was helpful, especially when we had to find a pharmacy during the night. Breakfast and wifi were ok.
The room was small and had no daylight. The emergency stairs were our only view. The decoration was very cheap (plastic, polystyren decor elements...) with apparent cables, tape on the door, etc... The ventilation in the bathroom was dirty and making noise and water evacuation in the shower was also dirty and not working very well...
The resonation stuff was great and the best one is Mr Berkan he was very helpful and kind
The best thing was the way the staff treated us. It was great to feel welcome and to know there was somebody to help us when necessary. Having our luggage carried to the fourth floor was most helpful, thank you!! The food in the hotel restaurant was wonderful too.Well done!!
The fact that the wifi was working badly on the fourth floor where our room was. The stay was very short, though and we did not ask for assitance with this matter.
