Located in the heart of Adana, the Royal Emir hotel is modern, comfortable and well appointed. My room was a good size, nice bathroom and very clean. Whoever does the staff training here could certainly help a lot other hotels with their staff. All the staff at the Emir are very helpful, polite and genuinely friendly and while their level of English varies, they will find someone to help you. Really nice place to stay. Oddly for a new hotel it has very small lifts - not a problem but just a bit strange.

Clean, beautiful, good design. Very helpful staff. Organized and instructed the taxi driver for a business trip. The rooms have everything you need. Recommend!!! Staff have a problem with the English language)) but it didn't create much difficulty

Personel çok yardımsever ve saygılı, hızlı hareket ediyor ve konuklara nasıl yardımcı olacağını iyi biliyor. Odalar lüks değil ama gayet rahat, temiz. Fiyat kalite dengesi iyi. Otelin konumu iyi, şehir merkezinde her yere ulaşılabilir bir yerde. Otel biraz serindi, klimayı açtım ama yeterince ısınmadı, kış aylarında bu durum bazı misafirler için sorun olabilir.

Otel şehir merkezinde ve havaalanına çok yakın.Odalar temiz ve düzenli.Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve işlerini iyi yapıyorlar.Tek başına veya aile ilşe gidileceğinde kalınabilecek bir yer.Teşekkürler.
