Super hotel. Very good location, 150m away from Kapalicarsi, there is a tram connecting important sides of the city. Clean room, good breakfast, very good bathroom. Taxi is cheap. Do not take Bosphorus criuse tour(35e per person), take public ferry for 2TL(0.8e) if you want to cruise and go to Asian side(which is nothing special). In clubs drinks are very expensive. You can bargain even for a Hop on hop off tour :) Recommendations!

Cleaning lady somehow forgot to clean our room first day and brought only one big towel, but after criticism, she was more than fair :) Our room didn't has a proper windows, so that was the biggest problem, because we couldn't open it at all. Hotel staff don't speak english(except receptionist so-so and lift boys). But this is nothing especially, so my recommendations!

Very helpful staff and very convenient location

There is so much choice on the web on hotel available in Istanbul and we didnt know where to start. We are so thrilled we found this hotel and got such a great rate. We were going to stay one week but were so comfortable here we stayed another week instead of going down the coast. It is out front of tram stop which will take you everywhere. The hotel is new and spotlessly clean. The staff try so hard to satisfy all your needs and are extremely friendly and there is always someone around to speak english. The roof terrace is not open yet but will be eventually but you can still go up there for views. Breakfast was extremely varied. Eggs, olives. Fruits. Yogurts, toast and pastry good coffee cheeses etc were all in buffet breakfast. The rooms are spacious ( we were in a double ) large bathrooms which also had spa baths not just regular baths. We have a view out to water at back of hotel and the windows can open so you can hear and feel the activity on the street if you open them but when you close the window it is absolutely sound proof in the room. Would absolutely recommend for family, business or couple travel. The airconditioning works well and so does the heating. Plenty of cupboards for clothing. Minibar and all the comforts of home and more. Thankyou for a wonderful memory of istanbul.

Good afternoon, Tank you very much for your most services . I'm travelling around the world and I have been glad to accomodate in Emporium Hotel. This hotel has a very hospitable staff, it's a place very hygiene and the hotel has a very good position in Istanbul. The hotel's staff is well-trained and very kind . The hotel's rooms are so comfortable and brights. About breakfast, I was so glad, because the offer was more diversified. You can choose between most sorts of breakfast. There are all very delicious. Tank you very much for your services and I recommends this hotel for all travelles who will visit Turkye.

The rooms are clean and the ones that have a window on the outside world are good.

Reception gave me an inferior room without explaining to me that the room I reserved was not available. It was only after I complained about the tiny shoebox room with no natural light that I was offered an apology and a next day upgrade to the room for which I have paid. I had stay the first day in the small room. Further the room I requested was non-smoking yet I was given a smoking (that smelled bad and had an ash try). Instead of an apology again reception lied to me by saying that all rooms are non-smoking and that smoking causes the fire alarm to go off!

I have been this hotel for a week for business and I travel many time to all world in year. This hotel was one of the best I have stayed. Good location its very close to Grand Bazaar, old city blue mosque and Hagia Sophia 10 min. by walk. Very nice staff and very clean and comfortable I feel very special my self. When I go to istanbul i think i cant stay an other hotel. I can recommend to everyone. Thank you Emporium
