A hotel with a lot of soul, everithing was great!
The Terasse in the rooms could be rearranged, for the guests to feel more comfortable.
Very clean, great service with good english, Location is perfect, every thing is in 10 minutes of walk. Looks like in the pictures. Definitly to recomend.
Error on the alarm that did wake us in 5 A.M. first 2 days, rest 4 days was OK.
Room is very clean and breakfast is really good. Service man is so kind. I think this is best ho tell in Istanbul except location.
Location is little bit uncomfortable but it is okay.
Located near the Grand Market, rooms are very clean and staff are really helpful.
I liked the sauna and turkish bath. I also felt like the hotel was very clean and the staff was very very nice. They would go the next step to make you feel comfortable.
rooms were bit cramped
Ahmet was great. The front staff very helpful. Breakfast was good, a bit variety will be interesting. Very close to Grand bazaar and walking to Sultanhamet.
Location was industrial area. Lot of workers day time, night time was deserted but safe. Main road was 5 min from hotel.
Everything! Especially service! Soooooooo nice!!!!!
Perfect location, wifi, good breakfast, comfortable beds, nicely decorated. Highly recommended.
Good location, good room, good breakfast and nice people.
nice stuff,perfec location, clean
I have missed fresh fruits for breakfast
Me and my sisters decided to visit Istanbul and we booked Enderun Hotel as our place of stay. We walked in literally not knowing what to expect but we were taken back with the amazing hospitality. We mostly dealt with Tufan who was nothing but kind, sweet and extremely helpful. Anything to everything we asked, he was able to help us in the best way that he could. Amazing guy with a great heart!!! Everyone was extremely nice from the night staff to the morning staff. Anything that we requested or any information that we needed about the city, we received from the amazing staff here at Enderun. The breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of buffet, my one suggestion to Enderun would be to label each dish for people who may not know what it might be :) I would definitely come back if I ever visit Istanbul again. I had read reviews regarding the Wifi and how it sucks, clearly people don't know how to use the internet properly because it was extremely FAST and RELIABLE. Thank you for hospitality, the staff of Enderun! :) ... until we meet again Love, Myra, Amal and Muneeba
Nothing not to like.
Location, awesome balcony, friendly helpful stuff, cute breakfast place
well, as far as value for money is concern , its not a bad choice...plus if you like to see all the historical places , they are at a stones throw from the hotel.. A few staff member are very polite while some are not, unfortunately....
I didnot like their commitments. I booked a double room , but on my first night they put my in Economy room coz they were run out of rooms., After complains, Manager shifted me to Deluxe room as a compensation to what they did to us on the first night stay,.,.. I didnot like their breakfast Location of the hotel itself is not good as the leather market is just round the corner , however all the historical places are nearby...
Good location, 5 minutes walk to the tram station, but very quiet nearby. The room is good and bathroom is huge~~ I like the garden so much :)
excellent service and friendly nature of staff. felt catered for personal service free WiFi close to everything!
immediate location did not do it justice.
rooms are clean, internet was ok
our room was small air condition not working breakfast was strange and limited (potatoes, cooked fish, old-ish fried eggs, nice cheeses and vegetables) staff were always recommending expensive restaurants, felt like they earn commission from it, same with taxis, every time they called one, was 2-3 times more expensive than returning by taxi. Area is 500m from grand bazaar, but that means no alcohol in the restaurants in the area and the neighborhood looks poor.
Staff very helpful and manager great for information and very friendly
I like the room decoration, cleanliness and helpful staff
Near Istanbul's attractions Nice breakfast area/lawn Nice view from top floor
Room is a little smallish Road closure on weekdays
Excellent staff, great location, nice room and lovely breakfast
Some of the guests showed no consideration for other guests when booking in or checking out at very early or late times. But not the hotels fault.
Really friendly staff at reception. Thanks for Levent, who helped us a lot!!! Nice hotel, nice decroration, very clean and good breakfast.
Charming locally operated hotel with the essential amenities and hot breakfast. Desk clerk and wait staff were gracious, helpful with logistics and arranged limo service to the airport.
Breakfast was ok and the reception/lounge/foyer is very nice
Pokey rooms, poor housekeeping, bad wi-fi. Poor facilities (spa not on, sauna not avail - all talk in the advert and no action) Very small elevator for luggage. In a working class area - (shoes, jackets), streets are filthy and stink and feral cats everywhere regularly fighting and screaming at night. Very noisy at all hours. Much better accomm options elsewhere away from the grubby old city area. The rest of istanbul was clean and modern & the people are friendly.
The room was very Turkish in décor, large and clean. The selection at breakfast was huge. The air conditioner was nice and quiet. The staff friendly, helpful and knew English. The bed was softer than most Turkish beds.
Noisy at night outside the hotel; street sweeping, rubbish collection and an alarm that kept going off.
