Ensar Hotel is situated in a peaceful plateau next to Uzungol Lake, surrounded by hills covered with pine forests. The hotel has a restaurant with regional cuisine and rooms with a private balcony. Unfortunately, I did not like something للاسف لم يعجبني شي I did not like, very, very small room and the price is too high I did not find it Maithir of sensation and impress people when, in addition to breakfast is also unusual, in short I had a bad experience الغرفه ضيقه جدا جدا ولايوجد به مصعد والسعر مرتفع جدا مقابل الخدمه وايضا لديهم تصرف غير لائق اول مادخلنا للاوتيل طلبو منا ان ندفع مقدم

personelin ilgisi iyiydi.. bungalowlar gayet temiz ve genişti.. soğuk olmasından dolayı extra elektrikli soba temin ettiler.. konum itibarıyla göle yakındı.. gidersem yine tercih ederim.. kesinlikle bungalowlarda minibar olmalı..

أعجبتني الطبيعة المحيطة والجو الخارجي .. أما الفندق فقدسكنت في بنغل 4 أشخاص خارجي .. كان ضيقا لكن مقبول نسبيا الغرف ضيقة جدا .. والسعر مبالغ فيه ..هناك قرب البحيرة ما هو أرخص منه وأجمل .. الإنترنت ضعيف للغرف الخارجية .. يعني المكان جيد لو يقل السعر إلى النصف

موقع الكوخ غير ملائم ضيق المساحة كثرة الباعوض والحشرات المناشف مستهلكة النت سيء للغاية الافطار انواعه ثابتة بشكل روتيني غير متجدد عدم ملائمة السعر للخدمات المقدمة بينما هناك فنادق اعلى مستوى وخدمة وبنفس السعر وعبارة عن جناح كبير لنفس العدد

الفندق لا بأس به من ناحية السعر ولكن توجد بعض الملاحظات مثلا الإفطار متواضع جدا لكن عندهم مهلبيه تجنن .. الواي فاي لا يصل الى بعض الغرف .. تعامل الموظفيين رائع .. الموقع قريب نوعا ما من البحيرة .

أعجبني الجو العائلي الموجود في الفندق موقعه في منطقة جانب النهر مخدمة تعامل الطاقم بخصوصاً الموظف السوري الجديد حمزة و طاقم المطعم المطعم يضم مأكولات جيدة و خصوصاً المقلقل و المهلامة يوجد بوفيه شاي و نسكافيه مجانا طوال الوقت ضيق الغرف السعر المبالغ فيه , حيث انك قد تجد نفس الفنادق الاخرى بنصف القيمة أو أقل لا يوجد شبك يغطي النوافذ و لا مراوح ( في الحال الشعور بالحر لا تستطيع فتح النوافذ بسبب البعوض )

ممكن نقول النظافة فقط الصراحة وجدت الموتيل على غير ماسمعت جدا عادي والحقيقة ان بوكينج يتحمل بعض المسؤلية لانه لم يخبرنا بموقعه الحقيقي فقد كان بعيدا عن البحيرة ولا يطل عليها والحقيقة ان آيقون و أوكزان افضل منه بمئات المرات ولكن تظل تجربة جميلة

أعجبني فيهم أمانتهم حيث أنني حين غادرت نسيت زوجتي هاتفها المحمول، فاتصل الفندق على سائقنا وأخبره بذلك، فعدنا أدراجنا واستلمنا الهاتف المحمول. ليس هناك من يقوم بتنظيف الغرفة حين الخروج ؛ وهذا يعني أن تتولى أنت مهمة النظافة، واذا لم ترد فعليك تحمل العوقب )غرفة غير مرتبة)

اعجبني في فندق انصار موقعه ونظافتة يوجد به فطووور جيد وايضا للغداء او العشاء لايوجد عمالة تطلب بخشيش عموما منطقة اوزونجول ريفيه وهادئه واعتقد ان اغلب الاوتيلات هناك متشابهه في كل شي لم يعجبني تعامل موظف الرسيبشن ابدا كان وصولنا للفندق متاخرا جدا .. ولم يفهم اجراءات الحجز عن طريق بوكنق بسرعه .. الحجز كان بنقل رباعي ويكون خارجي وللاسف تم تسكيننا في بنقل بثلاث اسره وخدعنا وقال يوجد صوفه او كنبة ارقدوا عليها ايضا تم التفاهم معه لاحضار تكسي على ان يزور بحيرة الاسماك وقال تكلفكم 150 ليرة تركي وقال البرنامج بيكون الذهب ويستغرق ساعه ثم الجلوس هناك ثلاث ساعات والعوده وتستغرق ساعه .. وعندما ذهبنا وجد الطريق مغلق ورجعنا وتم اخذ نفس المبلغ تكلمت معه ولم يستجيب الاوتيل ليس بسيء جدا .. واعتقد ان مستويات الفنادق بهذا الشكل

El ambiente acogedor de la estructura en madera, el simpático cocinero, muy atento a tus necesidades tanto cuanto el resto del personal. Nuestra habitación tenía vista al lago: muy bonito. La iluminación de la habitación, falta una luz pequeña para leer la noche en la cama.

اﻹفطار و الموقع بالنسبة لﻵماكن الحيويه في القرية ايضا نظافة الفندق إغلاق المدفأه مع بداية المساء والبرد قارص والجو ممطر دائما مما سبب لي ولعائلتي اﻷمراض ايضا عدم وصول اﻷنترنت الى الغرف .. من اراد استخدام اﻷنترنت عليه الذهاب الى المبنى اﻵخر والجلوس في اﻷستقبال او اﻷستراحه الخارجيه في الظلام والمطر. ارتافع السعر بشكل مبالغ فيه

Nice location just a short walk to the lake. We arrived late but still could order some food which was tasty. Despite the reservation room did not have a balcony. Room was very small and a bit noisy.

الاستقبال سيئ ويتأخر في الاستجابه لنا الغرف ضيقه وتسمع جيرانك والموقع بعيد عن البحيره ولايوجد جلسات من جهته الاكل رديئ الله يديم النعمه يوجد فندق قرب الشلال افضل سكن وموقع وخدمات وجلسات
