Liked the room which was clean and nicely furnished, diversity at breakfast, staff was friendly and helpful i was disturbed by the loud ventilator in the bathroom that could not be switched off, or at least i didn't find the way to switch it off |

Location I payed for a delux single room, and I don't think I got the delux. The view was inside the building, facing some old and ruined balconies, and there a was a constant machinery noise. The breakfast was poor, especially compared to other hotels I've stayed in Instanbul with same or lower price. Furthermore some parts of the hotel (near to my room) were under re-construction or something like this. |

Position centrale dans la partie animée d'Istanbul. Ma première chambre était vraiment trop petite pour un couple. Après avoir insisté le problème a été résolu par un changement de chambre. Le petit déjeuner était trop typé pour un hôtel international. |

Die zentrale Lage und die geschmackvolle EInrichtung , die gute Abschottung gegen Lärm, der helle und freundlcihe Frühstücksraum Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, in der Sauna wird man mit nicht abstellbarer Fernsehsendung (mtv) lautstark beschallt, der Lift war extrem langsam, so dass wir trotz 8. Stock meist zu Fuss gingen |

moderne inrichting kamers met alle comfort (badjas,slippers, uitstekende bedden), vriendelijk en servicegericht baliepersoneel, uitstekend ontbijt, leuke nieuwsbrief elke ochtend met praktische tips, ligging zeer centraal nabij Taksimplein. Kamer zeer gehorig! |

Localisation de l'hotel très satisfaisante par rapport aux moyens de transport urbains. Situé dans une rue piétonne donc silence appréciable. De nombreux restaurants à proximité immédiate. Petite piscine à jet, sauna et hamman disponibles dans l'hôtel. Déception concernant le jacuzzi annoncé dans la chambre. Il s'agit d'une simple baignoire jacuzzi et le tableau de commande ayant une propreté douteuse, je n'ai pas voulu m'en servir. A améliorer : nettoyage des sols et des intérieurs d'armoire. |

Accoglienza, servizi, comfort, pulizia, buona colazione, silenziosità della zona, collegamento con il centro. Rapporto qualità\prezzo non proprio perfetto, vista dalla camera non adeguata al prezzo della stessa (panorama quasi inesistente), sistema di insonorizzazione carente, si sentivano troppo i rumori principalmente dai bagni delle altre camere |

tres deçus par cet hotel, nous avions reservé une chambre luxe...avec baignoire non fumeur, la premiere nuit notre chambre etait minuscule...presque impossible de faire le tour du lit et la vue....le reste du sejour et apres reclamation on nous a donné une chambre plus conforme à notre reservation...la baignoire balneo ( mise en avant sur le site) ne fonctionnait pas et la chambre etait fumeur... |

Das Hotel ist strategisch gut gelegen, modern eingerichtet, mit kleinem Spa. Das Zimmer war sauber, ansprechend möbliert, mit Parkett und bequemen Betten. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet im obersten Stock mit herrlicher Aussicht über die Stadt. Sichere Gegend (man kann als Frau auch problemlos nachts zu Fuss zum Hotel spazieren). Zuerst versuchte der Concierge, mir ein kleines, schlecht eingerichtetes Zimmer (kein Schrank, kein Safe) mit Blick auf einen sehr heruntergekommenen Innenhof anzudrehen, obwohl ich geschäftlich unterwegs war und vier Übernachtungen buchte. Erst als ich mich wehrte, wurde mir ein ungleich besseres Zimmer gegeben. Dies dann allerdings anstandslos. Zahlreiche Stromunterbrüche. Jacuzzi defekt. |
