A very pleasant, famıly-owned and run pensıon. In a quıet locatıonş close to all the ımportant sıghts and shops! Basıc facılıtıes (bed & breakfast) but everythıng worked - tv and aır-condıtıonıng, wı-fı good. Very hospıtable and helpful. Don't expect 5* luxury but at thıs prıceş ıt's great value. Recommended.

Not to do wıth the hotel - but motor bıkes should be banned ın Kaleiçi! And you wıll hear the Muslım calls to prayer, maybe not the greatest amplıfıcatıon qualıty, at 04.30 hrs !

Staff friendly and helpful. I left my visa card behind and they cheerfully forwarded it to my Istanbul hotel. Adequate fresh breakfast delivered to our room. Appartment large, slept 5 (comfortable beds) & had terrace where we ate breakfast. Great position in old town. Kitchen with fridge and they gave me a kettle. Clean.

No good if you're looking for luxury. Wall colour would be better white than pink.

The resident "concierge" was so cool.. Very friendly and helpful with everything.. Good breakfast delivered to the room, for the price was great and very spacious.. Also in the heart of the old town, very close to everything..

We liked very much the staff´s service.

We did not like the shower that had almost no water. Tv was not working.

The only good thing was the location in old kaleci.

I would definitely not reccomend this place. The room was dirty, the sheets did not look to be clean, there were dead birds on the rooftop terrace, the heat didn't work, no hot water, staff couldn't speak english, never staying here again.

The people are really friendly there and did everything to make our stay confortable. Thank you guys!

Friendly staff, good air conditioning, good price for location.

Our booking listed a balcony, but our room did not have one. Our bathroom door did not close. Accommodations were generally mean, but for the price we should have known.

The location was fantastic. Very close to the main old city venues and the superb matina beach. The staff were more than acommodating in all requests.

The pension needs a little face lift, but if you on a budget, you getting more that what you pay for.

It is my second stay at this " pansiyon". I chose it because of its excellent location, close to the harbour and at the heart of the city. I had the privilege to be given a flat on the top floor with a great terrace. Not a five star hotel but very good value for money if you are on a budget. Breakfast is good.

I loved the price. And it was very quaint. Decorated from the '70s. The breakfast was very simple, yet fresh. It was a great location- right in the middle of the historic district. If you stay you have to eat at the Belgian restaraunt right next door. It was amazing!

I made a 4 days stay here.I Found a single room in old house. I had a min comfort but max cordiality. Good balance of price and quality.

Besides mentioned above:its being very cosy. And the staff//personnel was very attentive: they ran after me 3 blocks away from the panson to find me in the crowded avenue to specify a t i n y detail on the way to airport! Thanks a lot, friends, thanks a lot!

Location is perfect, few walks to the marina and exactly within the Kaleici (the old town) and 5 minutes to the Hadrian's Gate and mosques and other interesting sights. Lots of restaurants and ministores around. It's an old building, room is basic, TV not working, one double bed and a single with balcony facing a street. Wifi internet is very strong inside the room that you could watch a movie online on your computer.

Old building means old furnishings. But for the price I've paid, I think it's ok.

Friendly staff, and very helpful.They brought my breakfast on a tray, which made me feel special. :) Had a big room for myself. They let me choose! Very good price. Ideal for travellers who want to spend less on accommodation and more on excursions and more time outside.

La ubicación, la relación calidad-precio, el tamaño de la habitación y el hecho de que te subieran el desayuno a la habitación.

El personal, la dejadez y falta de limpieza de la cocina común, que era la misma que utilizaban para preparar el desayuno y la comida el personal.
