The staff was very nice and helping! Special thanks to Helin who speaks Russian and provided us with loads of information. The hotel will propose you a budget hamam (which is very good though!) and also a nice silver shop! The breakfast was sufficient with some fresh fruits, omelet and local specialities.

I trip a lot and stayed in a lot of hotels in this area. After my staying in Ersari Hotel I decide to stay just in this hotel. Hotel is very clean, rooms are enough quiet and comfortable. You can find there most important things like as kettle to make a tea, hairdryer etc. The breakfast is very delicious, tasty and various. Wi-fi worked well, a lot of different TV channels on different languages. 24 hour hot water, room service and daily room cleaning. The staff are very friendly and multilingual. The hotel manager is very professional person. Her name is Helin. She helped us a lot and gave a city map. Thank you to everybody from Ersari Hotel. Wait us again.

The staff is really welcoming. We asked them a lot of information about restaurants, turkish bath, etc. and they always kindly respond positively. They booked for us taxis, attractions and even have us delivered some pizzas. They were always available and that is really appreciable. The 4-people room was great and provided with tv, tea/coffee service, a big shower (but not very practical), etc. The breakfast is a buffet and is quite rich. You have regular coffee and tea, crudites, cheese, cereals, bread, jam and juices (not very good though). It is served from 7.30 A.m to 10.30 A.M. The hostel is well located in the city, really close to the Blue Mosque and other attractions. The neighborhood is calm and safe. The only drawback was the Wifi not functioning downstairs so that our friends had to stay with us in the double bed room to have Internet.

Friendliness of staff, quietness of the place, view on Marmara sea, close to the historical center. Juices at the breakfast, when everything is close to perfect, you imagine that it will be above standard. Litlle deception

The staff at Ersari are the Hotel's greatest asset. Incredibly helpful and friendly. It's location is great-it is within walking distance to the T1 Tram, Bazaar, Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Little Hagia Sofia, and the Sea. A little tough to find as it's not marked well.

I was pleasantly surprised by the careful selection of décor in this hotel. The rooms are enough large and very comfortable and have everything you could need. Everything is very well thought out. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. Wi-fi worked fine. Breakfast is delicious and varied. I never had not seen in hotels such a luxurious breakfast. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and my family. And I advise it to anyone who wants to relax without any problem.

Great location, small hotel with friendly staff. Bathroom had brand new fittings and was impeccable. WiFi signal is good. The breakfast was good and fresh with a variety of simple vegetable dishes; I would have liked a few more prepared Turkish dishes. I think we had bad luck (arrived late at night) and got the worst room (right above the reception). It was small and a bit dark, facing the street, no terrace. I did glimpse another of the rooms being cleaned which looked much nicer than ours and had a beautiful terrace. From previous reviews and photographs I had the impression that the hotel would have a lot more personality in the furnishings etc but in reality did not look or feel as tasteful or comfortable as I expected. Though the bathroom/shower was great, the bed itself was quite uncomfortable and the bedlinens did not look clean though they probably/hopefully were (grey dust/dirt stains on the pillowcases).

This is the second time I have stayed at Ersari Hotel the hotel is well situated, near the two Mosques there are local supermarkets close by for those who wish to buy cheaper necessities it is also located in a quieter area. The tram is within walking distance also. The staff are always there to help and Helin the receptionist and manager is always so friendly and helpful. I recommended the hotel to a few other people who I met in Istanbul as they were not happy with their hotel. They then booked Ersari and were very happy. I will stay at Ersari again if I come back to Istanbul!! Once again thankyou Helin

It is a delightful hotel, very small (9 rooms I think), and only opened mid-2012. The street itself is a bit ordinary, but once inside, the hotel is spotlessly clean, lovely large bright room, very nice en-suite, and I had a fabulous balcony overlooking the Bosphorus Sea. The staff were truly outstanding, friendly, professional and helpful. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the tourist spots around the Blue Mosque and 8 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar. I was completely happy with my stay there in every possible way. Strongly recommended.
