This hotel does not deserve 5 stars, towels are very old, furniture is old, bathroom is old...but service is good an they are trying to make you feel comfortable and to enjoy your stay.

food was good, bed was comfortable, the pool and spa facilities were good. The room was a corner one that had a balcony that overlooked the pool the tv was by the door away from the bedroom and it did not work and it was very old and the plus sockets looked very dangerous - room 514.

Everything was very large in this hotel. My room and bathroom was spotless and bed comfortable. The receptionist had a good knowledge of English. Airport shuttle only at 6.AM. No pick-up upon arrival. Breakfast time not suitable for an airport hotel. Insufficient water pressure - I could hardly take a shower. Hair dryer and TV from last century.I had the uncomfortable feeling of being the only guest in that huge building.

closeness to the airport and convenience of transfer to the airport....room floors are laminate ...room is clean except quite a bit of dust on the hidden parts of the furniture .. reception staff are antifriendly... hotel exaggerated in decorations, leading to too much dust in the folds of the walls which may cause allergy....

Friendly staff It is maximum 3 stars hotel. Old furniture, no tea, coffe, teapot etc...in lux, waterpool and sauna work from 14 to 21. I have never seen before 5* hotel like this.

Scelto solamente perché vicino all'areoporto. Prezzo sicuramente troppo elevato per rapporto allo standard in Turchia.(5 Stelle???) Personale sicuramente non all'altezza. Cenare al ristorante non è stato possibile vista la totale occupazione delle sale per via di un congresso.Avrebbero potuto dircelo prima! Colazione appena sufficiente, sauna fitness e bagno turco no comment!

Hôtel situé tout près de l'aéroport d'Ankara - à peine 5 km. J'ai apprécié le dîner à la carte, mais pas l'ambiance sombre et triste du restaurant Cet hôtel à la décoration rococo style opérette orientale fait penser à un de ces hôtels construits par les communistes: immense, vide, prétentieux, un peu sinistre. Chambres démodées, tout est d'un autre âge. Pour une nuit près de l'aéroport, ça pourrait suffire si ce n'était aussi cher. Le prix n'est vraiment pas justifié.

Proximité de l'aéroport. Très peu de personnels parlent anglais. Petit déjeuner très sommaire. Décoration anté-déluvienne. Pas de rideaux occultant ni volets aux fenêtres.

Situation proche de l'aeroport pratique quand on arrive en Turquie par l'aeroport d'Ankara, facile à trouver. Hotel de grand luxe à un prix raisonnable.Je ne sais pas si nous avons été surclassés mais notre chambre ressemblait plus à une suite. Nous prenions un avion très tôt, le petit déjeuner nous a été apporté dans notre chambre à 4h du matin! Parfait, rien à redire!

La proximité de l'aéroport. Personnel mal formé pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Très nettement surclassé. Pas de cleenex, matelas très, très dur, tapis descente de lit d'un goût + que douteux. Jus de fruits en briques, Pain préemballé, peu savoureux.Personnel salle à manger froid, distant peu aimable. Effectuant souvent des réservations sur booking.com, c'est la 1ère fois que je suis déçue.

De kamer die even groot is als ons appartement in Amsterdam :-) De volstrekte anonimiteit/grootschaligheid. Dichtbij het vliegveld de enige (en helaas nogal prijzige) optie.
