Very nice working staff and they are very helpful, especially Daut
Sometimes it got a little noisy but still not noisy enough in Istanbul standards.
we booked for a standard room for 2 nights and what we had was a very small room with a tiny bed (we are both very tall) and not even a desk. when asked to change the room - on their site and booking.com pictures room are very nice and standard room normally pleasant but in reality, what we saw was this very small room facing the street, poor illuminated with a very small bathroom that not even a 2 stars hotel have. they told us that that kind of room is reserved for booking.com only(!!) and this is why and they will see if can change in the morning. while at reception desk, a couple approach and for a standard room negociated the price, in front of us. we paid 82 €/night, that client had 70€ per night. we had the room changed next day upon insisting and the staff from reception, very uneducated, was speaking bad in turkish, unware of the fact that we understand turkish, saying that they will give us a room a little bit better but one of the worst anyway, hoping that we will dislike that one and not want to change no more. the room we had was a little bit better - still small anyway with a small window and next to kitchens, so we had all the time smell of kitchen and engines in our room, bathroom still small, with no ventilation and the towels had a bad smell. my advise is if you go there, first ask to see the room before to check-in. i saw also that their room rates for the weekend - standard room, arrives at 450€/per night!!! that's not fair. breakfast is in a room underground, very small, very poor.
Location was perfect. Staff was especially polite. Cleaness and food on high level.
excellent location, comfortable room. nice service.
only wifi is too slow.
I liked pretty much everything about this hotel: the location, the fact it's not too big but has everything I needed for my trip, the elegant decor, the warmth and dedication of the staff, the breakfast buffet that was included in the room rate, staff being helpful at all time! The thing I am missing the most is the shower :-)
Elevator is quite small but didn't care much as I enjoyed taking the nicely decorated stairs - I can't think of anything else I didn't like!
Our stay in Istanbul was made memorable due to the stay in this hotel...very courteous staff, good facilities .If we come to Turky again we would choose the same hotel .
Nothing ...everything was excellent.
just like normal hotel -they were very helpful after we check out -near the underground and location was good
-it's my first time hotel ask me to pay first before i check in. -location is not easy to find.
Very close on foot to famous monuments as Agia Sophia , Top Kapi and Blue Mosque etc. There is also a tram station 1 minute by walk from the hotel and railway station too. The staff was really helpful and very polite and i would like to thank them.
Bed was a little bit small.
Value for money, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and rooms were near and clean.
Excellent location, very kind and helpfull staff, very comfortable.. The breakfast was very good and delicious ( I hope it will include omlet in the next time).
The room was very small.
We stayed in euro stars hotel from 28 December to 1 January, it was an excellent experience, the staff are very friendly especially Efe at the reception and Esef the restaurant manager. He was very helpful, and welcoming and he was attentive to every single request for all guests. Ugur at the bar was also extremely nice and very helpful. The overall stay was enjoyable and i recommend this hotel to all travelers, it is in the center of the city and close to major landmarks and very close to the tram station Ann 5 min walk to the spice Market, resturant available with wide choice very near to the hotel.
Clean and staff very friendly and breakfast food was delicious and a big variety . Position was good and close to everything. Price was a bit too high.
Room was way too hot and could not control the temperature from air condition so room was like an oven and when we opened the window for air the noise was too much so we could not sleep from heat or noise. Also room was very small and bathroom very tight.
everythings... like breakfast good food, variety food good location. privatecy excellent services included staffs
Everything was just perfect
Room a bit small but Ok for short stay
Centerly located, friendly & helpfull staff, well decorated rooms, hundreds restaurants with all kinds of foods around the hotel, every where is within walking distance
Bathroom water pressure is not enough
tram just a few steps from the hotel
backing of dogs was very iritating.
I was very happy with the overall experience but what made it over the top was the honesty of the housekeeping staff. My husband left his iPad in the dresser drawer when we checked out. We realized only a day later. When we called reception, they said yes we have your iPad and you may come collect it! We were very surprised and happy that they were so honest.
İts very nice location and very comfortable hotel
Breakfast and wiev of the room wasnt nice at all and the room could be bigger
location is convenient to go to anywhere,
the smallness of room, smallness of room.
located right near the marmara and 5 min walk to important sights.
breakfast could be better
The location was ideal, short walk to old city sights and next to tram/train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and I would stay there again if I return.
The location was great, though I didn't know it was an uphill walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. There was a nice Whirling Dervish show about 25 feet from the hotel. Very close to the metro, the river, and the Egyptian Bazaar and New Mosque.
When I arrived after a really long and problematic day of traveling, they didn't have a room for me (even though I had a reservation) and put me in a tiny room in a hotel across the street that had no elevator. Then I had to move the next day into the original hotel, and the room they put me in had a very large stain on the carpet that looked like it had been feces. Pretty disgusting to walk around for four days.
Good location especially because near tourist attractions and tram statiom. Helpful staff, good bfast...
