EVERYTHING WAS NEAR BY. ENJOYED A LOT....
location , assistance of staff
breakfast , somehow poor
These fellows very accommodating. EVEN went and bought some elastoplasts for me as had a blister in my toe all for free.
Breakfast was good I guess but would have liked fried egg and bacon but would perhaps no bacon allowed??? Small issue.
Location ideal, rooms spacious, clean and excellent reception. Accommodating and nice staff with perfect command of English. It felt like home for 5 days, I will surely go back there. Highly recommended.
Street noise, but you get used to it after one night, afterall this is the beauty of Istanbul.

Everything was good except breakfast was poor
Location. Breakfast. Quiet rooms on the upper floors.
Rooms could be a little more spacious.
Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal
The hotel gave us a room on the uppermost floor, that was absolutely not worth the money.
The hotel's staff were extremely helpful and the hotel's location was close to all tourist attractions I would definitely stay there again in the future!
Beautiful hotel in perfect location (old city, Istanbul). Very easy walk to the main attractions and plenty of restaurants. Well connected via tram to other parts of the city and to the airports. On a quiet street, no night noise. Gorgeous room, comfy bed, super hot shower. Visit the Turkish Bath downstairs - it's pretty fantastic.
location, Wi-Fi excellent, clean.
small rooms, breakfast, need to improve in staff to customer service and attitude.
Overall bad experience with the hotel. They changed our room 3 times because they had overbooked the hotel and gave us a double bed when we'd asked for twin beds. Room was very small and with the enormous baby crib, we were very cramped. Tiny closet for clothes so we had to keep most of our clothes in our bags. The Air Condition stopped working for 2 days and the management kept lying about fixing the issue even though they had rooms with working ACs. There are dogs that live next door to the hotel and bark away all night which kept us and the baby up a few times.
Very small size rooms and the bathroom which is enough only for one person, too noise-situated in very busy street. Internet was very bad, bad isolation of the rooms, breakfast so poor and unhelpful staff.
Breakfast Location location
Small size rooms
location is great & staff are friendly , room size was fine
Breakfast options were limited and repeated every day, our room was not ready when we arrived and was occupied by another family while it's confirmed for us !
Staff is good and good service very kind room is clean location also great i like all
The location is very convenient, Staff are friendly, it's couzy
The breakfast is nice but no much selection and is the same everyday, the room cleaning is not done properly.
Excellent location, walking distance from many attractions. Tramway station very close. lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The room (family type) was very nice, comfortable, calm and has enough light. The breakfast was not bad.
We booked a standard room and we got the room 407 which was very small, we couldn't move in it and it had a very small useless window that gives on the back of the hotel, the wifi connection was very bad also. We asked for a bigger room immediately but we were told that it was the bigger room available. I don't recommend this type of room. The next day we asked again for bigger room and we got a family room for additional 15 Euro per night. It was much better with more space and a big windows that gives on the main street, the wifi was much better. I recommend this type of room for the price that I got (104 euro per night). The breakfast is served in -1 floor with no windows.
Excellent customer service from all staff Close to all shops and historic places Close to Grant Bazar Easy to get public transport Easy to get to different type of Resturant
A bit close to busy street and crowd No parking for our car, we had to pay extra for the private parking near by breakfast can be better
