Good location, nice and clean room..
After camping for a week, I was looking forward to stay here based on the reviews. But in the middle of the night I was woken by water pouring on my bed as the sprinkler burst. This was a rare occurrence, but the staff and management response was terrible. I had to pack all my things with no support and they moved me to a smoking room, thought I had requested non-smoking when making a reservation. They were not very apologetic and when I went to check out they did not offer a refund or even a discount. The best they said they could do is give me a free room next time, knowing as a traveller from Japan I would likely not return. The Wifi in the two rooms was weak. In the restaurant at night I had to search for the staff to order and to pay as there were few staff. The restaurant shows it is open till 10:00 pm but they close at 9:00. From my experience I can not recommend this hotel at it is terribly managed.
Excellent location. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast is ok. Maybe not particularly charming but excellent quality for a reasonable price.
Difficult to communicate with staff, very basic English, if any at all.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic!!!!
Staff at the front Reception were friendly and helpful. Location was great, walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants.
The wifi logging on system was pathetic! to say the least. A very roundabout way to log on and after a short period of time it would drop off and the would have to re-log in again. I'm surprised that a hotel of this standard, which I suspect is more for business people would have such a poor frustrating wifi system. Breakfast didn't appear to be very fresh, however, that may have been due to the lack of patrons as it was just after Ramadan.
Comfort, clean, non smoking room was really a non-smoking room which is significant, good value.
Everything was great during our one night stay. Convenient location. Would definitely stay there again.
Very well situated at the heart of politic and diplomatic offices of the capital; newly renovated; in a street full of cafes and restaurants. An air conditioning system very efficient and easy to control.
The only bin of the room was in the bathroom.
Location Staff Cleanness Comfort Price for value
Eyuboglu hotel is quite, clean and close to city center ( Kizialy). The staff are very friendly.
Nothing to mention
The hotel was adequate for one night albeit a bit sparse. Good value for money.
The wording on the shuttle pick facility was ambiguous and very expensive.
Bed and pillows.
Small toilet but adequate
friendly staff always helpful
no dislike :-)
Welcoming staff and location (in the city center near Kizilay). Good wi-fi connection and wonderful breakfast. Very good value for money...
very friendly staff, excellent location, very nice environment
the bathroom was arranged in a non-smart way (example the big towels were hanged on the toilet and relatively far from the shower); no complementary water
modern choice of decoration and colors. Functionality of the room, just enough space. Attitude from staff.
Good location, staff knows how to treat businessmen, clean, comfortable and silent, avarage breakfast buffet Preferable for 1-2 night stays
very small lift
everything was great there. location, breakfast, the room (with massive bed!), extremely nice bathroom.
i wish i could have stayed there longer
The Hotel can be considered a 4 stars hotel according to the European standards. The name of the hotel is the Owner's family name.
The fitness club (which is quite good) should be located on a higher floor and have an open window.
Good internet connection
Everything about it was good Specially it was so clean and staff was helpful and polite
There is an educational institute beside it which at day time if u open the window it might get noisy
The location was close to many major sights and a metrostation. Only minor night noise from the streets. Staff was friendly and spoke good English. Room was very clean and heating worked well. Bathroom worked also very well. The linen were pleasant. Breakfast buffet was completely sufficient even for an extended stay. A restaurants in the hotel and many in the surroundings.
We were surprised over a standard request for couples to carry their "marriage certificate" with them to the hotel. An Email before arrival confirmed it was sufficient documentation if we had same family name. I do not know the reason for this unusual request, but perhaps it is a way to avoid problems with noisy newlovers?
When we reached at the reception desk, they asked for marriage license. As me and my FIANCEE don't have a marriage license we couldn't stay at the hotel. It is a little bit(!) humiliating. We don't suggest this facility to anyone.
