Sa situation, 5 mns à pieds pour les principales curiosités Sainte Sophie, Topkapi, le grand bazard et la moquée bleue. De plus la gentillesse du personnel de l'hotel toujours prêt à ce mettre en quatre pour vous aider et vous conseiller pour les visites.De plus ils sont tous bilingue Anglais se qui facilite la communication. ++++

Excellente situation dans la ville par rapport aux monuments, quartier très vivant. Petit-déjeûner avec beaucoup de choix. Chambre assez grande, belle décoration.

L'hôtel donne sur la rue très passante (tramway, autocars...) d'où beaucoup de bruit (mais comme il est très bien placé, on ne peut pas tout avoir) - a notre arrivée, le réceptionniste a tenté de nous envoyer dans un autre hôtel sous divers prétextes. Nous avons fermement refusé et il n'a pas insisté.

Central et proche des points touristiques importants.Facilité de déplacement avec le tram proche de l'hôtel.

Réserver une chambre au dernier étage pour éviter le bruit de la rue, qui est une rue principale du vieux Istambul.Nous avons aussi choisi cette hôtel car il n'y avait pas de moquette dans la chambre.Enfin, la navette devrait être gratuite au-delà d' UNE nuit d''hôtel.

Very noisy. My room was above a Starbucks - wooden chairs scraping on stone floor - and facing onto a busy street with trams clanging down it from 05.00 to midnight. But I requested a quiet room away from trams at time of booking so obviously the booking notes do not get passed on (else get ignored).

the staff were unhelpful, especially the reception person not nice, could not provide another pillow and had to ask for things twice. very poor for 4*

It has very friendly staff and good atmosphere. I think it is one of the best hotels in the region. Definitely best value for money.

Hotel well situated in the heart of i̇stabul close to Aya Sofia Tokapı Palace and Blue Mosque

The excellent location made visits to key places very easy. Two of our party have walking difficulties so location was very important. Staff were helpful and efficient. The hotel felt Turkish and was small but atmospheric and very clean. The advantages of the hotel heavily outweighed any difficulties.

We are elderly and struggled with the shower/bath. One of our party could not get into the shower at all because they could not scale the height of the bath. There were no handles to steady access into and out of the bath. The beds felt very hard and there was nowhere to sit and read outside the rooms except a table in the entrance. In wet weather this could be a problem.
