I like this hotel because you can stay in one room as alone as well as with friend or family. You can prepare you food by yourself and enjoy the view from window. I like it too much

The situation, security the spa, quiet,not far from famous places.

The reception at towerA do not speak English, the rooms were not clean &we complained we buy toilet papers. Kitchen rolls body soap dish washing soap,and machine washing soap.we call daily to sweep the floor.

Its a very nice place to stay in Istanbul but the crazy crowded traffics make u suffering a little. ..

the room is really a flat studio, with all the facilities like a washing machine or a grate relaxing chair and a fully equipped kitchen

the speed of the elevators is so low for such big installation, the cleaning was to me not sufficient and really dirty pillow and ornaments of the bad same as a super dirty sofas the cost of a simple breakfast is absurd but the quality of the food served is super good, other regrettable aspect is the reception only one attendant present at a time so watch you time to check out!! more complication comes to find the place!! it is next to the high way but really not easy to be reach.

As we are a family with kids I like it because of the kids club.

Very difficult to deal with the staff because of the language,no one can speak English. The service is very poor, they are not cleaning the rooms properly.

I booked Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View, the apartment is very spacious, clean and well-furnished. Wireless internet is provided with free of charge and the speed is excellent. The view to Bosphore is amazing. Staff are very helpfull and freindly but they speak a little english. There are Carrefour super market, Kebap and Sheesha restaurant and cafe. Mainly suitable for families with their children as there are plenty of facilities and entertainments for them. Also, the place is very very quiet and relaxing. 24 hours security available and no one can access the building without a Card. If by any chance I am travelling to istanbul again, i would definitely choose Fraser Place again.

Room service will start knocking on your door for cleaning very early in the morning, 8 am!!! if you dont answer, they will get in. Taxi drivers in Turkey dont speak english, so before you go to any place make sure you have the direction to Fraser Place from reception and keep it with you all the time. Otherwise, you will struggle, believe me.

Location was somewhat away from the crowd and still near to some of the good touristic squares/streets

The receptionists were not helpful enough, and room service takes longer than usual time to respond to guest's requests. I was originally reserving a deluxe room for me and my family but they insisted to charge me almost double by changing the room to 2 bedroom apartment because of my little kids without accepting the idea of adding an extra bed (which was very weird and proves the idea that they want to misuse the guests). The 2 bedroom apartment contains only one small bathroom. They made an authorisation for the full stay money which is not cancelled till now.

After check in, a sassy person from room service break into my appartment very fast to deliver fruit plate, from the begining I asked him to stop, he kept moving, it was very clear in his eyes that he wants to see my lady, and then he kept looking at her, there is a scum working at this hotel

Its the second time for me at Fraser and i am sure i will book again next time ..Near from taxim area ,, quit and clean place ..

Nice private comfortable place. Taxi trips are shorts to shopping and attraction areas. Great for family. Free Internet.

It was cleaned and well equipped and the staff were cooperated and supported

The air condition system was not working well and we were complying that the management to replace the room which was very hot during winter.
