Every staff member delivered fantastic service. From desk to waiters all staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We were traveling with an infant and everyone at Fresco assisted us in making our stay exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The room and bathroom very spacious, the breakfast very good

Bathroom luxurious but not so practical, dust everywere, maybe from the roof (is a cave)

The staff very very courteous and pleasant, we were upgraded on arrival which was a nice surprise. The suite was large and comfortable. Although not 5 star as we were led to believe

The room was much too hot even though we turned the heating off when we first arrived. We had a lot oftroublesleeping because it was to hot and stuffy. Our room was located across from restaurant and was noisy particularly at night we could hear people talking. Breakfast was very very poor and needs vast improvement, we only ate once and then decided to eat down at a cafe in the town. Do not have breakfast in your tariff it is not worth the money. This hotel only caters to Turkish taste for breakfast. There should also be an English menu for breakfast

The hotel is very responsive to our queries and emails for room bookings, transports and in booking of tours. Excellent turn around time. After making the booking with Booking.com, we wrote to the hotel to request for a particular room, which was kindly made available for us; which was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Fresco.

We were quoted EUR 130 for the hot air balloon ride. One of the tour mates we had were quoted EUR100 for the balloon ride with the same company. I thought the price for the hotel guests should be quite standard.

The design of the hotel was amazing. Every single detail was very well thought. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.

Amazing location with fabulous cave suites. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, including scheduling a special one day guided tour of cappadocia for us.

It was a fantastic stay. The manager (owner's daughter) was very accommodating and professional. The hotel is really tastefully decorated with luxury feel. The rooms are huge with huge beds, spacious, and it also has a common sitting which is very useful if you are travelling with a few families as it can be used as your own private chit chat area. I will stay again.

This hotel and its staff is just outstanding. One of the best that I have been in recent years! Walnut, the Golden Retriever dog is a MUST!!!!!! Ask for him when you go there!!

Our stay at Fresco was simply fantastic. The hotel staff was super accommodating, helping us with the logistics of airport transfers and planning our itinerary even before we got there. They were kind, courteous and really helpful. The cave room we stayed in had the most amazing bathroom and the hotel itself has a beautiful deck and is very conveniently located to the city center and the Turasan winery. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. I would especially like to thank Gamze and Erkan for their hospitality. They made us feel completely at home. Our only complaint being that perhaps our stay was too short!

Fresh Hotel is one of the best hotels we visited, rooms type cave-spacious facilities, with a nice decoration, upon entering the room felt a delicious aroma of the wood floor, a good breakfast and overall an excellent hotel. but best of all the kindness and gentleness of his manager Gamze and his father. Nice country, glad sightseeing in Cappadocia with such nice people. Thanks for your attention. 100% recommendable hotel

My family and I agreed that we are definitely going to recommend the hotel to anyone who tells us is planning on going to Capadoccia. Not only is the hotel lovely and the accommodations comfortable, clean and charming, but the staff's hospitality is outstanding. They help you make reservations, book hot air balloon trips, day tours, etc. This is a ideal option for anyone who wants to stay in a cave room or in a lovely, 19th century, mansion room.

The pillows could be better.

I had a wonderful room with wood floors, big bathroom. Each room is decorated differently and unique. Nice comfy bed . The breakfast was always bountiful, staff are respectfully friendly and knowledgable about the area.This is a lovely individual boutique hotel with a character of it's own. I stayed 1 nights and wished it was longer.

Everything is perfect, especially the kindness of the staff is complementary to the Capadocia dream in a marvelous hotel...I Could really advise everyone and I'm sure, We'll be there again...

Lugar maravilhoso! O hotel era uma mansão construida encravada na montanha. Cada quarto tem decoração unica. Amplos, confortaveis, extremamente limpos. Alguns deles são cavernas, nos dando uma experiencia unica. A equipe extremamente atenciosa, simpatica e solicita nos proporcionou uma estadia perfeita!

オフシーズンのためか、バスタブ付きの部屋にアップグレードして頂きました。 内装はかわいらしく、部屋は広く清潔でゆったりとすごすことができました。 12月の滞在でしたが、セントラルヒーティングが効いていて、部屋は暖かでした。 ホテルからウルギュップの中心地まで歩いて十分弱で、レストランやカフェに簡単に行くことができました。 スタッフの方のサービスも良く、ホテルのペットの犬のくるみ君とも遊ばせてもらい楽しく過ごすことができま- した。 朝食ではオムレツとピデをその場で焼いてくれました。 特にポテトのピデはスパイスが効いていて美味でした。

寺院が目の前なので早朝お祈りの放送に起こされる可能性はあります。
