Staff is very nice. I moved from another hotel to Gulpalas and I really enjoyed it. Room was clean and hotel was clean in general. Hotel staff members were very helpful and friendly. I needed to go to Bus station and staff member walked with me there to show bus station even those it was a little bit far. Location is good and value for money is also good.

    I liked everything.

Its architecture is nice (like an old palace or wealthy family house) and its perfect location (in a quiet street and 15 minutes walking distance from te bazar, abrahams tomb and the fish lakes) are the main points to highlight. We arrived very early in the morning and the staff were very nice to let us use the room since that moment without a charge. For good info regarding the city, go around the corner to a pastry shop called Citirak. Nicest person, delicious sweets and accurate information given

Room assigned was not 100% clean. Linen had not been changed. Price paid is, compared to other hotels in different cities in Turkey, too high. Friendly staff but speaks very little english (understandable as well in a city with few foreign tourists come every year)

I stayed five days in this hotel, a beautiful old building in the center of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
