The staff is very friendly and helpful; the small and cosy hotel has a perfect location; the breakfast room at the roof has a fantastic view over Istanbul. |

Staff barely speaks English - I was shocked as I have travelled in Turkey over the past ten years and stayed in cheap hotels in the middle of nowhere with staff that had better English... |

Friendly staff, central and reasonable pricing. The bathroom was very small and the opening to the shower so smal I couldn't get into it (only about 23cm). |

service de chambre tres efficace, personnel adorable, place idealement pour ceux qui aiment sortir et les quartiers animés un peu vieillot, mais douche vaste et tres bonne pression d'eau, ce qui est tres agreable et pas si commun |

L'emplacement. La gentillesse du personnel Le bruit. A l'extérieur, il y avait 2 chantiers de construction et à l'intérieur, le fait que le bar et la salle du petit déjeuner soient au dernier étage créait un va-et-vient permanent devant ma porte (j'étais au dernier étage devant la porte de l'ascendeur) |

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Lage. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Shuttle-Service zwischen Hotel und Flughafen. Badezimmer nicht ganz so komfortabel und ein wenig feucht-warm. Keine wirkliche Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und die Zutaten werden auf der Terrasse ohne Kühlung serviert! |

die Dachterasse das Badezimmer war stark verschimmelt. Da auch in anderen Zimmern der Zustand der Badezimmer gleich war, haben wir das Hotel gewechselt. |

L'hôtel est bien situé et l'environnement est très agréable; le personnel est accueillant et fort sympathique; cependant la description et les photos de présentation sur le site ne reflètent pas fidèlement le niveau de confort de l'hôtel qui a un côté vieillot plutôt qu'antique. la déco des chambres mériterait une rénovation ainsi que les parties communes |

(1) Het is een mooi hotel met een erg fijne, centrale ligging. (2) Het hotelpersoneel is op zich zeer vriendelijk en doet er veel aan om de gast op zijn gemak te stellen. (1) Een aantal concierges spreken onvoldoende Engels - wees voorbereid (2) Sommige concierges zijn te 'amicaal'. Ik denk dat er grenzen zijn over hoe "vriendelijk" je gasten benaderd. (3) Het hotelpersoneel vergeet soms dat het een hotel werkt en niet in een jeugdherbergte, als ze 'snachts luidruchtig met andere hotelgasten zitten te geinen. |
