Offering rooms with individual kitchens, Gallery Residence is located in Istanbul’s trendy Nisantasi district, just 150 metres from Osmanbey Metro Station. It has a modern health centre with sauna and hot tub. Inspired by well known painters like Van Gogh or Picasso, all Gallery rooms are well designed and spacious. The staff at the front disk are excellent Omar,kadir, there is another guy ,also Huken I think that is his name the assistant he was excellent and very helpful. Towels, bed sheets are very old, the blond young lady ( the breakfast waitress ) she is not helpful, she don't know how to serve people,we asked her to do coffee at 10.15 am I mean before the dead time but she refused, she don't even speak any language only Turkish

Gallery Residence is the best hotel I stayed in my life. The room was clean and big and many facilities inside. The staffs were very kind and helpful espceially Omar & Kadeer who were very supportive and helped us alot. I really like to give a special thanks for the owner & the employees of this hotel who took care of all the small details and concern about the comfort of the guests. I highly recommend all the travellers to book this hotel and they will see the real hotel meaning. There is nothing to complain except the breakfast which needs more varities in the food.

Perfect location for people attending a conference (10 min easy walk to International Conference center) or wanting a quiet hotel away from the hussle of the Taksim Square area. Close to metro - one stop from the transport hub at Taksim square. Clean spacious studio type room with fridge, stove , microwave etc. Very modern clean bathroom. Very good value for money. The flat screen TV was very small.

Everything was perfect: hotel design, interior, bed, teapot, wardrobe, safebox, breakfast, green teraace, sauna and etc. Only 2 mins walk to metro (1 station to Taksim and Cevahir shopping Mall) and 5 mins walk to Congress Center. Nice staff and we've received discount for our next booking. A bit lack of staff and breakfast may be should more various. But actually everithing was ok.

Dit kleine hotel is zeer klantvriendelijk en origineel ingericht met veel kunstreplicas. De ruime kamer is netjes met een goed bed en een fijn bad. Jammer dat de douche in het bad is, maar voor prijs kun je daar genoegen mee nemen. Verder vonden we het fijn dat er totaal geen geluidsoverlast was en er 's ochtends geen daglicht binnenkomt, zodat je een goede nachtrust hebt. Ondanks dat we beneden in de "kelder" van het hotel zaten, hadden we uitzicht op een kleine leuk ingerichte patio. We kunnen dit hotel iedereen aanbevelen. Toen we 's avonds aankwamen en de kamer inspecteerden, was de ventilator boven het bed erg stoffig. Toen we dit melden, werd de ventilator de volgende ochtend meteen schoon gemaakt. Helaas zit de douche in het bad en lange mensen zoals mijn man moeten bukken om de haren te kunnen wassen.

Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Prima ruime kamers tegen een goede prijs. Dicht bij de congrescentra, even door het parkje en je bent er. In een goede buurt waar dames niet worden lastiggevallen als ze er westers gekleed bijlopen. Dicht bij metrostation Osmanbey, Taximplein een halte verderop. Wifi gratis aanwezig. Computer en printer aanwezig. Prima ontbijt. Goede bedden. 24 uur receptie aanwezig.

Habitación grande y limpia con el nombre y cuadros de famosos pintores. Está muy cerca del centro de congresos. Me intentaron cargar en la tarjeta toda la estancia tres días antes de la entrada. Me llamaron del banco ya que no reconocía el nombre del hotel y dí la tarjeta de baja, pero me tuve que ir a Estambul sin tarjeta hasta que me mandaron la nueva.

O hotel é localizado na parte mais moderna de Istambul. Fica a poucos metros de grandes lojas e à 500m do metro que te leva para os melhores pontos de compras na cidade, incluindo o Shopping Kanyon. Imperdível tanto do ponto de vista arquitetônico, quanto de compras. Havia disponibilidade e nos deixaram fazer o check-in às 10h. Todos os nossos pedidos foram atendidos. Os quartos são amplos com cozinha estruturada, e sala/escritório. Os funcionários são fantásticos e muito prestativos. Usamos a jacuzzi sem problemas. Como saímos muito cedo para pegar o vôo para o Brasil eles colocaram o café da manhã na geladeira para prepararmos antes de sair, muito legal. Recomendo a todos, você se sente em casa. As críticas aqui são preciosismo, nada que estrague a sua estadia. Pouca variedade do café da manhã e poucas frutas. / My coments don't spoil your stay. Little variety of Breakfast and few fruits.
