The staff at the front disk are excellent Omar,kadir, there is another guy ,also Huken I think that is his name the assistant he was excellent and very helpful.

Towels, bed sheets are very old, the blond young lady ( the breakfast waitress ) she is not helpful, she don't know how to serve people,we asked her to do coffee at 10.15 am I mean before the dead time but she refused, she don't even speak any language only Turkish

Gallery Residence is the best hotel I stayed in my life. The room was clean and big and many facilities inside. The staffs were very kind and helpful espceially Omar & Kadeer who were very supportive and helped us alot. I really like to give a special thanks for the owner & the employees of this hotel who took care of all the small details and concern about the comfort of the guests. I highly recommend all the travellers to book this hotel and they will see the real hotel meaning.

There is nothing to complain except the breakfast which needs more varities in the food.

The problem is we get a room in the ground floor near the reception and the offices so noises start early morning.

Very helpfull staff, hotel near to everything in a very quiet district. Very clean and comfortable rooms!

Great staff!

Perfect location for people attending a conference (10 min easy walk to International Conference center) or wanting a quiet hotel away from the hussle of the Taksim Square area. Close to metro - one stop from the transport hub at Taksim square. Clean spacious studio type room with fridge, stove , microwave etc. Very modern clean bathroom. Very good value for money.

The flat screen TV was very small.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful,

Wifi in the basement appartement didn t work properly but we could use a cable connection. The bathroom door doesn´t divide the bathroom from the rest of the appartement sufficiently.

Comfortable and luxurious Residence

I stayed at this hotel with my parents, as my friends highly recommended it. It's great that there is a kitchten in the room. This hotel is located to near Osmanbey metro station which enables us to access to Taksim easily. The staffs are kind people. I want to stay here again when I will come to Istanbul in the future, and an idea to stay at 'jazz hotel' which is a sister-hotel with "Gallery Residence" also seems nice. (They are apart each other just two blocks.)

The bathroom and bedroom is devided with translucent glass, so you can see what a person is doing the bathroom and toilet. Some people including me may say that it's little embarrassing.

Great City Centre Location famous for restaurants, city bars and international Brand Shops. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious (offering the choice between city centre self catering upmarket ressidence and or boutique hotel. Good price through your website.
