Relaxing, quiet, jacuzzi and sauna until late evening, nice room, spacious room, long list with DVD movies to rent for free with updated movies, friendly staff, no noise to disturb you at any time, really quiet-quiet-quiet, 12minutes walking to Taxim and Istaklal, I would definitely suggest it!!! A pleasant surprise.

No big problem at all. Just to mention some things that can be improved: not the same breakfast every morning, please add some variety to it! The TV is very small (17inch) to watch from the bed.

Big rooms, very close to the Congress Center at the museum of Army, food shop open till late just outside the hotel. Good facilities: gym, sauna, jacuzzi.

The staff was repetitively unable to prepare the sauna for use. Go yourself to ensure the heating is on, otherwise you'll have to wait for an hour.

This was our 3d visit. We liked location, atmosphere, service, superb personell (especially reception and housekeeping),nice sauna and fitness. Comfortable and clean rooms with everything you need. But most of all ,sure,we liked its superb staff-professional and friendly.

Modern, comfortable. Close to shopping and facilities in Nisantasi.

The rooms were new, comfortable, big and very CLEAN. I understand Turkey usually offers the exact opposite, so I was very pleased with the hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel had complementary DVD rental, jacuzzi, fitness. It was located in a good neighborhood, a quiet one, we didn't hear a sound from the roads.

The historic center distance. It was not that far, but to get to the center, you have to take a metro, then a funicular, and then a tramway. Of course, you pay a ticket each time you enter the service. It took as 45 min to the center, although if the weather is nice you can walk the distance of the metro and the funicular in 20 minutes or so.

The staff at the hotel were sooo nice and helpful.

I wish the sheets were a little softer : )

kahvaltı salonu ve manzarası çok güzel ama kahvalti kalitesi daha iyi olabilir.Odadaki soğutma sistemi daga iyi çalışabilir.

Toilettes pas totalement fermées (demi porte) = Manque d intimité lorsque plus d une personne. Suite proposee avec jacccuzzi dans la salle de bain, ce n est pas le cas
