First stop in Istanbul and we received a very warm welcome from the garden hotel. The charming old man in reception was very nice and he introduced a lot of valuable information for us. Quite a nice garden and breakfast area, we even enjoyed the lunch here. The interior design is very styled too, it doesn’t feel like a proper hotel but more like a home place. Very good start for our family trip in Istanbul and highly recommended.

Check in was easy and the team were very friendly whenever we had questions(Levent was especially helpful). Our room was upgraded and was huge. Location could not be better for getting to the major sites. The on site restaurant is fantastic- an oasis of calm with beautiful plentiful food.

Garden restaurant was brautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the bed was big and confortable. A lot of turist atractions were waking distrance from the hotel.

The location was perfect, right in the center of sultanahmet, so very close to all the main attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were always perfectly cleaned. The breakfast was also good, but if I have only one objection is that it would have been nice to try some turkish breakfast. But, overall if we are back in istanbul we will definitely go.

This hotel goes above and beyond from the moment you arrive! There's always somebody by the door greeting you with a smile, and everyone inside are just as friendly - especially Selçuk! We had originally booked a standard double room, but he upgraded us immediately to a suite with a view at no extra cost, simply because he wanted us to enjoy our first visit to Istanbul as much as possible. He was always around for any questions we had and able to organize trips and activities easily. The room itself was also beautiful - huge, extremely clean and tidy with two balconies and tasteful decor. Cleaning staff respected any signs on the door and left the room spotless daily! The breakfast was delicious, the servers were extremely hospitable and we loved that it stays open quite late! The whole premises is stunning - a very warm and friendly home base in such a central location in Istanbul! There's also 24/7 tea, coffee and biscuits for free in the lobby - much appreciated!
