The location was great. There were much to see by walking distance for a first time short trip. Even the service and the room were very good. The hotel was different from how colorfull and greeny it looked on the site as a garden house. |

The hotel is a quaint traditional wooden house and has also been fully renovated so there is comfort and cleanliness. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great, quiet neighborhood right behind the Blue Mosque. |

The personel is very friendly all the time. Someone even sat with us when we arrived in order to give us details about the city, main attractions, activities, etc. The hotel is very well located near the Blue Mosque and very quiet. |

Lovely staff, great location. Welcome half bottle of wine and fruit. Robes and nice toiletries. Breakfast more like a hostel breakfast. Dining room rather utilitarian. Bathroom very basic. Not worth what we paid (though I have nothing else in Istanbul to compare it to, but by other hotels in other European cities it was way overpriced for what we got). |

I like the position of the hotel (old city near sultanahmaed, ayasofia, Tram station) but unfortunate you need to walk a hill (which I’m not used to !) to reach them (it would be great if the hotel provide a shuttle to that area). I like the cozy atmosphere of the hotel I never had a pleasant hotel like it you are just like at your uncle house! breakfast was great (all kinds: cold and hot) garden which we used to breakfast at was beautiful, internet was very good and fast, housekeeping was good, room designs is a 5 stars and bigger tahn others in the old city, friuts are served in the garden all day free of charge eleivator would be graet! shttle to the attractive area (blue mosques area) would be graet, |

Very friendly atmosphere of a family-run hotel. A number of features came across as both generous and practical (kettle to make tea/coffee in room, fruit and some wine offered on arrival). Excellent location for visiting the major monuments in Sultanahment and good communications for getting to other parts. Would have been more convenient with an elevator, but was no big deal. In my room the decoration felt a bit dated. |

The Hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque (5 minutes walking the center of the sultanamet area). The rooms were idel for couples or couples with children: very clean, very nice and very confortable (the bed...). Nice size of the room and free internet (in case you would need to check in online etc...). Theres is a very nice garden inside were you can relax and take some fruits or coffe (free, but not the beers...). Hotel Staff was very polite and extremely helpful: The gave us several pieces of advice and booked tables in excellent restaurants with fantastic views. I definetely recommmend it and I will try to come back next time I will visit in Istambul. They all speakEnglish. Because we were three friends together, we let couples choose first and our room was in the ground floor. |

It is a small, boutique hotel with friendly staff who are happy to help 24/7. There is a nice dining room where you can get free tea, coffee and water all day, and a lovely courtyard area for sitting and eating. The hotel is ideally situated for the old town, with restaurants and places to visit close by. |

The rooms were very clean and cozy. The staff could not do enough for you. Perfect for tourist sites. Coffee in the room was packets with sugar in, only important if you don't like sugar. Hard to think of anything else. |

great location, close to all major sights, such as blue mosque, hagia sophia, etc., quiet area, nice hotel staff, nice and friendly atmosphere in the hotel, we had a very good time at the hotel, it is small with a very friendly atmosphere, nice garden a little bit noisy in the morning, but quiet during the night, so this did not bother us. You should pay in cash (Euro or TL) or make sure that you pay in Euro with credit card (not TL), otherwise you pay extra due to the applied exchange rate |

The location of the hotel and the staff's attitude. I didn't like that my room was small, a little bit noisy (because it was next to the service room) and no very warmly. In the same time I didn't like that they proposed us to move to another hotel for 2 nights even if we booked the room many weeks before. |

The hotel in general was very cozy due to its small number of rooms and the rooms themselves were very homey and nicely decorated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Honestly, it felt like home away from home! |
