some of the spa facilities were not active I had worst hotel night in my life, because it was so much hot and when I came to my room after midnight I understood the air condition is not working normal, it only gives hot...I can't sleep all night and after I said to reseption staff and they said they will check it ater I live hotel...It was very bad experience...

Everything was great especially the food. The size rooms was large enough to feel comfortable. The staff is terrible. You should not wait for a tea or coffee for an hour.

One staff member opened our room door at 08:30 in the morning when we were sleeping. I woke up and told her to go away. She said "you will check-out today". I said "ok but not now". I told this to the management and they just said "sorry".

Personelin ilgisini, odaların temizliği ve spa altenatiflerinin çokluğunu. Otel odasını çok geç verdiler (16.00) ve bu nedenle oluşan kaosu yönetemediler. İlgisiz ve kifayetsiz kaldılar.Yaşanan mağduriyeti ortadan kaldırmak için de müşterilerden talep edenlere bazı ayrıcalıklar tanıdılar.

Odalarınız ferah, büyük ve temiz Yemeklerinizin Bolu'ya göre daha lezzetli olmasını beklerdim. Çeşit çok ancak lezzet konusunda orta. fiyatlar sunulan hizmete göre çok pahalı. Spa'dan en az bir hizmetin ücretin içinde olması ancak dengeler.

Adorei tudo. Desde a simpatia dos funcionários, limpeza, comida, actividades, instalações. Aproveitei cada minuto e pretendo voltar. é ideal tanto para um passeio romântico como para um passeio de familia com crianças, uma vez que há uma grande diversidade de coisas para se fazer. De não ter tempo de ficar mais uns dias! Foi tudo perfeito.

Yemekler gerçekten çok lezzetli idi . Sınırlı ama gerçekten özenle seçilmiş bir mutfak. Küçük çocuklar için hem içerde hem de dışarda oyun alanı var.Çok büyük bir çim alan ve otelin arkasında dolaşmak için bir orman var. Bina, doğa ile uyumlu olarak inşa edilmiş. Lakin peyzaj tasarımı açısından tesis biraz zayıf kalmış, tesisin genel konsepti doğa olmasına rağmen sonradan eklenmeye çalışılan peyzaj biraz sakil duruyor. iç mekan bitkileri cok kötü durumda. Otel dekorasyonunda ahşap cok iyi kullanılmış,büyüklerin vakit geçirmesi için konmuş bilardo masalarının elden geçmesi lazım .

Hizmet kalitesi mukemmeldi. Spa alani muhtesem. Yuruyus parkuru ve otelin konumu bize gezme ve doga yuruyusu yapma imkani tanidi. Cok memnunuz. Hersey mukemmeldi ancak otel fiyatlari biraz yuksek. Gecelik fiyatlar daha makul hale gelirse, daha uzun kalmaya mutlaka geliriz.

針葉樹に囲まれて新鮮な空気の中、リラックスして過ごせました。 ＳＰＡ施設が充実していて、館内のスペースは広くとってあり快適です。お食事はビュッフェスタイルで美味し- かったです。水道水が飲めると表記されています。散歩に出ると敷地内に犬や鶏アヒルなどが飼育されていてカ- ントリー気分になれました。また行きたくなるホテルでした。 せっかくの景色なのにバルコニーがない部屋があるのが残念。高級ホテルなのにバスタブ無しの部屋があるのも- 残念。欲を言えばもう少し温泉の温度が高いと更によい。

الفندق ممتاز جدا والافطار والعشاء كان مناسبيين والطاقم الاستقبال قمه في الروعه ومتعاونيين جدا و وقربه من البحيره ويطل علي مناظر طبيعيه خلابه بالبدايه واجهنا صعوبه في الوصول اليه
