Superior service from check in to to check out. Egzample: A hostess guides you at check in and shows you the room. Superior staff and good management as they were very caring and responsive at all levels. Egzample: My wife had cold and they brought an extra heater to the room. Superior reliability: I lost three valuables at different times. All were found. Quality in design, atmosphere, and in details. I liked jakuzi in the room. For this class of hotel the 'tastefulness' of the dinner can be improved. In particular I was disappointed with the french restaurant. Some taxi drivers from the taxi station which serves this hotel are very aggressive and try to overcharge. Beware ! |

This hotel is a paradize. Its location in a forest, by the river and the beach makes it a natural paradize. The fact that it is connected to two other Gloria hotels where guests in any of the three hotels can use facilities in any of the 3 hotels good. The design of the many facilities is excellent. Asking for at least 3 nights advance payment is very bad. |

Really very nice. Elegant, quiet, an excellent stay, we have an appartment with jaccuzi really big, just near one of the large swimming pool. Excellent numerous restaurants, nice place along the river near the beach; nice equipments, marvellous spa, big theater with real spectacles, dancing twice per week on the pear or the beach. Possibility to go to the other Gloria resort hotel by the garden or the beach with other spectacles and restaurants ; numerous sports on the beach, equipments for children. Marvellous global look!! Antalya at 40min with a car, possibility to visit antic sites not very far (20 km and 60 km). |

Swimming pools, quality and variety of food Some of the personnel (most of the reception and some waiting staff) are inappropriate for a 5-star hotel. Especially the Russian girls who are simply confused with their place and the role. |

staff, very big pool, clean beach, very good cuisine, good sea, wonderful golf It was very noisy, rooms are not soundproof (standarts and laguna). |

The "photo services" are really agressively trying to make you buy some fotoes! And becouse of their strategical position right on the way to the beach it is impossible to avoid disturbance. It remains very much of a budjet hotels of a lower standard. Receptionister (girls!) could be more frendly! Spa cosmetologist could be more helpfull, for exemple with a problem of sunburned skin! For the prices you are paying for her help services could be more satisfactory...otherwise the spa is pleasant.. |

Excellent hotel: very big and beautiful territory, modern and big room with jacuzzi, possibility to use restorants and bars of other Gloria hotels if you have UAI, marvelous pools with sea water, good animation for kids. Very, very, very bad sea entrance with a lot of stones. Food variety is worse than last year. |

Очень достойный уровень сервиса, огромная ухоженная территория, отличное питание. Считаем, что отели сети Gloria одни из самых лучших в Белеке. Запредельно дорогие услуги в СПА-центре, думаю, в связи с этим лишь немногие гости его посещают. Хотелось бы в будущем увидеть более приемлемые цены. |

Понравилась продуманная территория, неплохой сервис, отличная еда в ресторанах, хороший room-service. Можно было бы расширить меню в не основных ресторанах, например в азиатском. Так же не впечатлила винная карта за extra-charge. |
