It was as convenient as our home(exept internet access) and full of entertainments. My children were busy all the day in fungame room. It has very nice design and clean environment. In each side you see very nice nature and beautiful sightseeing. It also has a good boufet restaurant with many many delicious things. The main problem was inconvenience access to internet. There was good signal only in restricted areas. There was not adsl in the rooms. The another problem was about exchange. There wasn't any ATM there.

i stayed there for 5 days with my family and everyone loved it! the complex was big and very clean with great views on sea and mountains. there are many big pools in and around the complex. food quality was great. i got perfect rates from booking.com and i will always come back to this complex. i recommend this hotel for everyone. sea was kinda far from the hotel but it wasn't a big matter for us as there is a shuttle bus to beach.

the hotel is not located on the beach, but this is not a minus because they have service even to beach and city center Alanya. Even they have enough big pool in the hotel. Stuff is very helpful and friendly, view of the villa that we stayed has both banana gardens, mountain and sea view. you feel like at home. it is interesting but the real hotel is much beautiful than the photos published in booking.com congrugulations for the hotel owner having such nice stuff they have. I can advise to everybody.

Design and decor of rooms in the hotel were very nice. Staff were lovely, though in many cases very poorly trained. Food was excellent (if expensive). Weather was good. Too far from anything - beach, shopping, the real Turkey, too far from any alternative locations or anything other than the resort. We were a captive audience, and it was too expensive. Very poorly organised. Most facilities were not open - kids club; a number of Spa facilities I.E. Turkish bath/room; salt rooms, some saunas; sports centre; trampolines; jacuzzi - all closed, part closed or not working properly. All wet areas were treacherous when wet - really poor design. There were a number of sprains and falls that we witnessed. I spoke to the hotel prior to arrival and asked about early check-in etc but still charged extra when we arrived.

The hotel is really good for family vacation. Good facilities, nice pools and miniclub areas, good design, restaurant at the top floor, disco for kids. Lots of services. Staff is frendly and polite. Calm atmosphere and perfect view from the rooms. Quite far from the beach, it's not a big problem though. We had expected to see the sandy beach. Quite poor breakfast buffet. Cleaning the rooms is not good.

The spa is very good. The room (a 3 bed villa) was very dirty at the time of arrival. It took them at least 2 hours to clean it a bit. The floor remained dirty throughout my stay (4 days) The ensuite toilet smelled bad. There were ants in the kitchen.

All inclusive kan tilkøbes.
