La salle de bain : carrellage cassé / toillette inpropre /// Beaucoup de monde se retrouve pendant le petit déjeuner parceque la salle est partagé avec d'autres clients d'hôtels de la même chaîne hôtelière. Idem pour la piscine : ces informations ne sont pas indiquées sur le sit de réservations

The location is convenient a it is in middle of the city acess to lot of tourist spots.

This is not for busines people as it is more over for local tourist. Rooms are not up to the mark at all and not that clean as expected .Very cosy and beds are too small.

I didnt like anything in this hotel except his location. cleaning service was terrible, house-keepers only tided our beds, on this their mission was finished. when we asked to send somebody to bring our baggage downstairs nobody came...we were waiting for 25 minutes and the result we brought it by ourselves. once the hotel*s lift almost closed small littler girl and this is 4 stars hotel! rooms need modernisation. I can say only that hotel is good about his location and swimming pool on the roof, I will never come there again and not suggest anyone...

The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. Good English too. Location is excellent in Taksim - close to the square and to the area where all the action is in Taksim, but slighlty remote from the very noisy places, which is good as it can get very noisy even until 3-4 in the night. The roof terrace and swiming pool is nice too.

All facilities are old and "rusty". There is no elegance anymore. All looks basic and warn-out.... Despite double-glazing windows, you can hear the buzzz of the air-conditioning central system from the buildings around it. You can also hear the elevator of the hotel all the time, even if we asked for, and were very kindly moved into a room far from the elevators.

Aufforderung am Tag der Anreise den kompletten Preis bezahlen zu müssen -unüblich; Ausstattung und Instandhaltung entspricht nicht einem 4**** Hotel; Air Condition System ohne Funktion bzw. keine Kühlung

χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση δεν ανταποκρίνεται στις απαιτήσεις ξενοδοχείων της κατηγορίας του

1. Την αδιαφορία και ανικανότητα του προσωπικού της Reception προς την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών 2. Την έλλειψη βασικών προδραγραφών ασφάλειας των πελατών 3. Την καθαριότητα στους χώρους υγιεινής 4. Την ύπαρξη "φθαρμένων" υλικών (π.χ. μοκέτα, έπιπλα, είδη υγιεινής κλπ) στα δωμάτια/ 1. The lack of interest and the incapability of the staff at the reception towrads serving the customers, 2. The lack of basic features for customer safety. 3. Improving basic hygiene standards, 4. The worn out fittings in the rooms (e.g. carpet, furniture, bathroom fittings)

l' unica nota positiva di quest' hotel e' stata la prima colazione (abbondante) e la piscina all' ultimo piano.Per il resto..seguono le note dolenti !

personale poco cordiale.Abbiamo cambiato 2 volte la stanza, ma la seconda era squallida quanto la prima (da mediocre 3 stelle).Prezzo per niente consono al soggiorno presso la struttura.Mi hanno telefonato in camera 2 volte per il pagamento del soggiorno anticipato (...forse pensavano che scappassi..)
