no trash bin in the room, no tissue, some items need to fix or repair, you can hear other rooms noises (even I heard my neighbor's snort clearly)
Location, wifi, breakfast, service
Saturday night was noisy because of wedding celebration, no elevator to rooms at roof need to take stairs, room at roof was noisy because of elevator
noise of the asenser reach to the room
Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
Price is ok, breakfast and WiFi Internet is excellent, very clean hotel and located in quiet street.
There is no balcony even is showed must have for the booked room.Room is on 5th floor and elevator lift motors is on the same floor witch is making this room very noisy ,also walls is too thin and you can here everything from the neighbor rooms.
hotel is quite pretty comfortable bed nice toilets
was there for one night. and I could hear everything that was going on in the room next door.... everything.... TV had very little options that were not Turkish
Courteous and helpful staff and management Small hotel which gives a feeling of family owned business Quite and nice neighborhood, close to upscale cafes and restaurants
Guests slamming doors at 2 am, poor insulation between rooms Poor choices for breakfast
Breakfast was nice with a rich variety of food and those staff who knew some English were really friendly and tried to be helpful.
Most of the staff couldn't speak very basic English. I guess when the hotel is in the popular district, it should also consider hiring some English-speaking staff! Also it was very noisy in the room, everything could be heard from neighbouring rooms. Very dark room with some strange odour and along with everything else the conditioneer was not working in the room. Dark hall and dark building overall.
Their friendness and help by all staff especially their youn receptionist Dinçer Dinç.
Manager was brilliant. Would go out of his way to ensure that we are comfortable.
No problems at all. Highly recommend. The AC was faulty when we arrived, told the manager who got a repair man in whilst we were out (with our blessing) and got it sorted out strsight away.
Parking problem Cleanliness Noisy customers Breakfast (not bad, but always same things)
Everything was fine!
Nothing except that it was hard to find reasonably-priced dining nearby.
Good value for money hotel, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
The restaurant is not open in the evening
It was a good and clean hotel near karum shopping center. Rooms were clean and staff was helpfull. I can recommend this hotel.
Our Deluxe Suite was very comfortable with a large round bed, large bathroom, and a nice balcony. The rates were quite reasonable seeing how you could pay 2-3 times as much in this neighborhood. The location next to the Sheraton is central in the diplomatic quarter of the city, but somewhat far from the tourist sights. Several nice restaurants and a small mini-mart within a 5 minute walk.
Our room smelled of cigarette smoke as did the other room we saw on the non-smoking 2nd floor. On the 2nd day of our stay the table on the porch inexplicably disappeared. The staff brought up a replacement table within a few minutes but was not an outdoor table.
The location is perfect, near the down town and very safe, the price is the best compared with other hotels near here.
The room is not big enough, the stairs are very dark and narrow.
I have been travelling a lot anf thus lots of opportunities to stay in various hotels. To be honest, Golden Boutique Hotel is one the best, in terms of price/quality. The staf was perfect, the location was great and the hotel was clean. If you are looking for a cheap, clean and a niche hotel I definetitely suggest it.
Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable.
People with special needs should be aware that the rooms on the top floor can only be reached by taking the elevator to the next lower floor and walking up the stairs one flight of steps.
Very comfortable room, good wifi, 10 minute walk to shopping and restaurants, upscale restaurants even closer.
My "balcony" opened up to a fire escape.
the valet repaired our broken windshield wiper, location was good
golden color looks ugly on furnitures
The staff was nice as well as the breakfast and location. Besides this, we also enjoyed hearing the couple in the room above us enjoying their company together in the morning and evening.
We had a nonsmoking room which had ash trays, matches, cigarette burns on the carpet furniture and bedding; as well as the smell of cigarettes in the pillows and entire room. This smell was not as bad as the sewer and mildew smell from the bathroom requiring us to keep it shut while in the room, and getting in and out as quickly as possible. Although the thin walls can be entertaining as listed in the positive side, the couple arguing in the room next to us kept us awake. Then the staff made an error calling our room thinking we were arguing. We have stayed at over 6 different locations in Ankara, and this was the worst by far
my wife and i stayed in room 306 for 6 nights we loved the hotel the staff were great and really looked after us , breakfast was good and our room was cleaned daily , we would highly recommend this hotel it is close to the south african embassy and all shopping , and some really good restaurants
nothing all was very good
