Goreme House  

Good location, very nice view from the top roof when have breakfast. Very helpful staffs. Totally great experiences in Goreme.

Very helpful and friendly staff.Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety-cereals,fruit,eggs,cheese,meat,jamsbread,yoghurt etc. We stayed in stone suite which was light and airy and nicely furnished.

They were able to change the room type after we arrived. Very nice breakfast with kind staff that gives personal attention to the visitors. Beautiful view from the terrace. Close to the center. They provide tour packages for very decent prices.

There was no 'Sunset party' on Saturday evening although mentioned in the brochure.

I stayed in Göreme House with my friend. We liked our room, it was a stone room and very clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. If I go again, I will stay there.

Staff were fantastic especially when our transfer from Kayseri did not appear. They waited up for us until 11.30 pm and were always gracious and informative. Breakfast spread was delicious. Outstanding value for money!

The breakfast area/terrace was great with a lovely view of Goreme. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, typical Turkish fair and delicious omelettes. Complementary cake and cookies with tea/coffee was also served in the evenings. Location was great - easy walking. Many other hotels had a steep walk up. Staff were available and helpful at all times.

Although the rooms were very good with clean, large bathrooms, the rooms are quite dark. On arrival, this gave the impression that the room was less desirable than it was. Lighting at night made it difficult to read.

The design of the room and the location is good if you're going to move on foot is in the midle of the town. Tehy give you water bottles and free tean and cofee. The breakfast is on the terrace with good views

The location is near the main road and only 15 minutes walk to the open air museum. The room is nice and warm. All staff are very friendly and their response to our questions were very quick.

Good location, staff is really friendly and nice, pleasant rooms, tasty breakfast. Everything is ok and even excellent, there is nothing to say 'bad done' about it in this hotel. Standard apt for 2-3 persons (1 big and 1 small bed) in fact is 2-roomed. 2nd room is made for sitting on the floor and relaxing, it's also with central heating. In the winter it's perfect place for wet boots and coats, also for luggage. Everything in a room and bathroom is situated perfectly on the exact places where it should be. We stayed 2.5 days (check out was at 18.30), they charged only for 2 full days. Staff is REALLY friendly and helpful, you will never feel smth like 'cultural barrier' with them. It's the place where you want to come back.

Everythıng. Great locatıon, cıty centre at walkıng dıstance, very good breakfast. The best of all ıs the attıtude of the staff. Galıp and Veysel really made a dıfference. They were INCREDIBLY helpful and dıd everythıng to make us feel comfortable and safe. We had a serıous problem wıth our flıght due to weather condıtıons and they made a lot of phone calls to reassure us. Great people and great hotel. We wıll defınıtely go back there.

The hotel has a perfect locatıon, quıet but everythıng ın Goreme ıs at walkıng dıstance. Very clean and confortable, really cosy. The best of all ıs the frıendly and at the same tıme professıonal attıtude of the staff. Galıp and Veysel were incredibly helpful (we had a serıous problem wıth our flıght bookıng) and they dıd everythıng they could to solve the problem and reassure us. We really felt we were safe and cared about. We wıll defınıtely come back to Goreme House ın our next stay there (an astonıshıng place.)

Nice and warm, comfortable and eager to please staff

Beautiful hotel, the rooms have a lovely design. Breakfast is excellent, with great variety of food to choose from and the view is absolutely fantastic. Location is also very good, very close to the city center. Staff was friendly, helped us with every question we had. I would definitely return here again.

Even though our room was little but comfortable it did not matter as it led out onto a charming terrace with wonderful views. The breakfast was fantastic - fresh and each morning a little extra treat. I enjoyed most the owners and staff who work hard to keep their hotel up an excellent standard and warmly welcomed us.

Compared to the cave hotel we stayed at in Goreme the rooms are a bit small and boring. A nice place, but stay in a cave room if you're in Goreme! The family that runs the place were not the friendliest people. They were progressional, but we didn't feel warmly welcomed and they didn't seem very happy to have us there (except for the younger staff member). Perhaps this was because of a language barrier?
