Goreme Suites  

We stayed in the duplex family suite which was excellent. It was separate from the main hotel and had its own entrance, patio and garden area. The bathroom was carved into the rock. The views were lovely.

Very helpful staff. Nice room. Great view of fairy castles from window. 5 minute walk to town

Good news/bad news. Hillside location with great views but uphill walk back from town. Not an issue for us but could be for other guests.

It is situated in very quite and beautiful place. Everything is with traditional design and quality of everything is heigh.

There was no safe at the room.

Everything about this place was wonderful, the staff, the service, the information and assistance they provided. It was a 10 minute walk from the main restaurant strip. It had a wonderful view, but most importantly, the owner and his team could not be more helpful and welcoming. The decor was wonderful and the view magic! If only we could wake up there every morning.....

Brilliant. Magical spot in the valley with fairy chimneys. Gorgeous designer- type room within stone. Amazing view over the stone pillars. Wonderful staff who were so helpful. I almost cried when I left.

The view is wonderful. The staff helpful. The rooms were well kept. Great variety in the breakfast - it was very good and well presented.

Pillows weren't great. The hotel is a bit of a walk up a hill from the town - but has a great view of pigeon valley.

It is a beautiful place to stay at the top of Goreme town, slightly out of the way of the main street and the many other travellers. Quiet with beautiful view and open-air balcony used for breakfast and within easy reach of the town, other restaurants and shopping. Yuksel and Ferdi were both fantastic at helping us work through the options of activities in Cappadocia and helped make the most of our stay. They understood us and helped us make our holiday perfect. Thank-you both. All of the hotel staff were also welcoming and all our needs taken care of.

Intermittent lack of hot water

Ferdi is really super kind and helpful. Before I came, he replied my email quite fast and helped me booked balloon and daily tour. As he said, all the things he arranged for me if just as he promised. We were so touched for all the arragements and suggestions by him. We booked a double suits, very cozy and large room. Felt like say in a old cave. The breakfast is good with great view of the chimney. Nice place and I would highly recommend!

None. Just if you dunt like bees flying around, can have breakfast in the reception area. Also cozy place:)

The manager is so friendly, he came to meet me in the bus station when I arrived early in the morning and provide the breakfast even before I checked in. The room is very comfortable and breakfast is great.

10 minutes walk to the towncentre if you mind.

The location was excellent, scenic, close to town yet quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Accomodation was clean and exactly as described.

The hotel staff are very helpful. We arrived late and one of us lost a bag at airport. The hotel staff helped with translation and searching for the bags. Also, they helped us book all the activities and transportation. The service is just excellent.

We booked three types of room. Double room is very good. Suites is very good too. Family room is a bit small due to lack of seating area, which is different from what is posted on booking.com.

It has a gorgeous view to see the balloons. The breakfast and service is good. Very friendly staff and arrangement is very good for the room and balloon tour. U will love the fairy chimney view.

Great location--views of beautiful scenery yet close to restaurants and shopping. Large comfortable room and bath. Wonderful hospitality from staff. Can't wait to go back and stay longer.

The staff is the best. The hotel is super clean, the view is one of the best of the city. You feel in the hotel like owner of the place. When we reach the hotel Mr Ferndy offer to us a juice and a coffe free.

The rooms are nice and the location is good. Breakfast is good and the staff are wonderful.

This is an extra ordinary setting in which to vacation. Kapadocia is stunning. The staff at this hotel treats you like family from the moment you check in. They are welcoming and accommodating. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel

Of the four hotels/inns we stayed in Turkey, this hotel was by far the best one!! The front desk people were amazing in every way! We couldn't find one of the restaurants in the area and they drove us to the restaraunt. The suite we stayed in was beautiful, clean and spacious. (Also ac!) The terrace on the second floor was perfect for a romantic evening hangout. (Besure to visit the winery in Uschrik and grab a bottle or two). My husband and I shared a bottle of wine on the terrace. During the stay, we truly felt like gerome suite was our second home and their staff -our friends.

Great positioning and out of this world view. Less than 10 minute walk to the village of Goreme which makes it very convenient. The breakfast was good, traditionally Turkish. The hotel staff went out of their way on various occasions to make our stay memorable. The room we stayed in was very comfortable.

Our bathroom had a strange sewerage like odour, but it did not filter into the bedroom. We couldn't make out if it was because of the dampness of the shower area or if there was a blockage close by.

We absolutely loved our stay at Goreme Suites. From the first email communication prior to our arrival, the special treatment we received was fantastic. Ferdi arranged our airport transfers, balloon ride, two excellent tours and even booked our outgoing bus tickets! The location of Goreme Suites is really special; there are views in all directions. Eating our lovely breakfast on the terrace looking out over the fairy chimneys was magic. The whole place has an old world charm but what really sets it apart is the exceptional staff - so helpful and friendly. You will not regret staying here.
