I like the fact that the staff is friendly, the room is very cosy & comfortable. Wifi is strong, & most of all, the breakfast is delicious!!!
I like the breakfast and the view!
The water heater takes time.
We had a great experience living in a cave room for a weekend. The room was big, the breakfast was very good, and the people who worked there was really nice.
This is lovely quaint family run hotel. The people were very friendly and helpful. Delicious Turkish buffet breakfast was included in the cost which was enjoyed and appreciated by my family each morning. The beds were very comfortable and our family room was very warm. The town centre was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and close to the start of local walks through the amazing rock formations of Cappadocia. There was a little lounge space connected to our family room and a deck upstairs which was great as everyone could find additional space to relax. We would stay here again.
The second shower room had a very unpleasant odour coming from it and their was a slight smell of dampness to the room. As there was two shower rooms this was not too big a problem and we just bought an air freshener for times when we did use the second shower room.
Nice beds for family room. Newly built with excellent toilet design.
Front of the hotel can be improved to attract walk in tourists.
Very kind owner Good breakfast Value for money
Friendly owner, Locatipn, View, Confortable Room, Easy acess to everywhere
The location is really good, around 5 minutes from the city center by walking. The room is large, bed are comfortable, breakfast is excellent. The owners are really nice and helpful. They give us all informations we needed and organize all of our trip.... Since the transfer from the airport till tours and dinners... and, as it wasn't enough, when we left they gave us a ride to the coach station. For sure, the best place to stay in Cappadocia.
The dream of sleeping in a cave, with a full equipped room (I would rate it as a 3,5 star hotel) and the facilities and decoration (except the cupboard) made accordingly.
We reserved the day before, and found out upon arrival that there was only place for 2 nights, so the 3rd one we were transferred to a neighbour hotel that was not as good. So, if you reserve on short notice, check the availability before arrival, because maybe you want to re-book.
Very nice hotel in the centre of Göreme. Delicious breakfasts. Very big bathroom.
Toilet at our room was broken-down and noone came to repair it. But we stayed here only for 2 nights, so it wasn't so terrible.
Good breakfast. Great location which is near the town & bus station. Very friendly & helpful owner. When we leave Goreme by night bus, they still allow us stay in their lobby & bath room. Very appreciate0
The location is central, you can reach the city centre in 5 minutes. The room was quite good (cave room) but there is till a cave room with an old bathroom. The heater is very good and the room is comfortable. The owner Ahmet is very nice and helps you in everything you need.
It is not exactly how appears in the picture. No view to the panorama. Only from last floors room not from the restaurant's terrace as it can appear in the picture. There are trees that blocks the view. The room is not really in a cave but is made to look like it. It wasn't the great room we expected. Better to take a standard room in the hotel wich is cheaper because the cave rooms are not real.
Wifi doesnt work well. Water temperature. We did rose valley tour through owner and guide did nothing for us. Cold
We had wonderful time. Accurate mixture of hotel comfort with genuine family hospitality Very worm people that made us feel welcome at all time. Ahmet helped us organize our trips, transportation and logistic and his mother cuisine will stay with us for very long time.
Ended too soon
Close to terminal & center of town...less than 5 minutes walking. Stayed for 2 nights in cave room with my friend. Room was spacious & clean with 1 double, 1 twin bed and armchairs. The owner guy let us do early check-in at 7 in the morning as the room was not occupied previous night and offered to have breakfast even if normally breakfast is not included for the day of arrival. We made ourselves home while staying and definitely recommend to stay there!!
We were 5 friends staying in the family room. All was well and the staff was excellent.
One of the showers was cold. Otherwise, no complaints.
Very nice BnB option. Owners was very kind. Location was good, and was helpful, arrange all for our trip.
The staffs are very helpful. The family room is big and comfortable.
The heater didnt work
The staff (Ahmet is always help to make your visit amazing), the tipical house, the breakfast, and the very good relation quality price.
People are very nice and helpful, however without pushing their helpfulness to extreme levels which is good. We stayed there for 8 nights and never wanted to look for something else. Breakfast was excellent! During our stay we had two different rooms, one is "cave" room on the ground floor and another is standard room on 2nd floor. The cave room is more spacious, has more space in bathroom, however it was a little bit dark (light could be replaced with better one). The standard room is smaller and doesn't have any "cave" atmosphere but still it is new and well furnished.
Probably a light could be improved in "cave" room, but all in all it is a cave so it must be dark :)
We stayed at Göreme Valley Cave House for a night with my sisters. We had a very nice time there. the staff were very helpfull. The owner of the hotel came and picked us up from the bus station which was very nice of him. They let us have breakfast 2 times. (The morning we checked in and the day after before we checked out). I can definitely recommend this hotel.
the young man working the desk was able to book everything for us, even when sold out. he has great connections.
Cave room a little musty
We took the family room which was really nice and cozy. All the staff were very nice and helpful, especially Ahmet who drove us to the sunset pt and even arranged for the restaurant staff to drive us back after dinner. Great location too - it's within short walking distance to the bus station, supermarket, restaurants, etc.
Our stay at the Goreme Valley cave house was wonderful and the most memorable of our trip to Turkey. Ahmet was always available to organize anything we requested; balloon trips, horse riding, walking tours and also offered helpful advice and stories. My daughters and I are vegetarian and Ahmet’s mother (and father ) prepared delicious home cooked Turkish food over two evenings. This was most appreciated. The newly built cave suites were comfortable and clean with the added advantage of a having a very spacious bathroom and a terrace where one could sit outside and take in the breath taking view. It was all very good...nothing we didnt like at all. Diane
Ahmet was very helpful in booking things for us. They also have a cute puppy (although its not very well trained). Price was very fair and the location is close to everything.
We got a room with no air conditioning or fan so we absolutely roasted. We also had to have the windows open to get breeze so it was very loud. If recommend you take war plugs.
