Staying in a treehouse!! Huge room, three beds! Nice & clean & comfy, obviously no ensuite as you're up in a tree. Lovely breakfast of freshly cooked omelettes & borek plus all the usual fruit , olives, tomatoes etc. Cool glamping in a fantastic location!
River rafting activity organised by the same people as own treehouse. Bit disorganised. But obviously you don't have to do this just because you stay! You can walk the gorge instead.
Lack of toilet in tree house, rickety staircase to access it. Lack of adequate lighting when exiting/entering treehouse. Uneven floor inside.
- The Location - Room - Location for lunch- Dinner - facilities (rafting, other facilities - Restaurant in the middle of the water
- Lack of coordination with Booking.com (when we arrived we discovered our original booking cancelled but they arranged another place for us. They asked us to leave around 10:30 as they had new people coming in - Too noisy with tourists and loud music - Simingpool was dirty as if it was never cleaned Wfi was very week didn't get to the rooms
The Gorge Club is like summer camp with better beds. We stayed in a tree house! We hiked the gorge and rafted the river. This place is VERY busy during the day, but at night after the tourists are gone, it is very relaxing.
The steps up to the tree house were very scary and wobbly. You have to use the public toilets and they were very dirty. The showers were clean, however.
We stayed here for one night in a tree house. It was very cool! The staff were nice. The food was delicious. Sitting on the river watching the sunset, drinking beer and eating dinner was a highlight. Good to have a pool! Such good location for the gorge.
Really didn't like the rafting trip - had never done it before and there was no 'guiding' involved. The guide spoke Turkish (luckily I speak some) and was very uninterested in helping us. The other groups got a lot more introduction and attention. The mud bath was at a construction site. Was very disappointed but liked staying there and really enjoyed walking the gorge.
location cabines with shower and toilets
to many visiteurs during daytime treehouses are very basic breakfast was simpel
Unique Treehouse rooms. Excellent rafting trips (highly recommended). Excellent and friendly staff. Great floating river restaurant. Amazing location right by the gorge.
Area and gorge was stunning and location of accommodation good - gorge worth walking through and very cost effective - entrance 5lira.
The cost to stay in such basic accommodation was outrageous - completely over priced would rather recommend a day visit and no overnighting and do not recommend the rafting excursion - staff also very very unfriendly breakfast was a shocker - will never recommend. Triple tree house - 2 double and one single matress on floor, mirror and table that is it - lighting no aircon for 65euro including breakfast - no no!!!
We liked the country side atmosphere. The breakfast was good.
I loved having a tree trunk growing up through the middle of the room. Sipping a coffee on a platform over the river while the sun went down was wonderful.
The whole area, including the toilets and showers, was open to the general public all the time. I had two people decide to open my door and have a look inside the cabin while I was in it. More privacy would be nice!
A tree-house is a value by itself. Very basic bur very well nmaintained. Fantastic location right in the middle of the main attractions - the gorge hiking and the river rafting. Use the opportunity, if you have a chance!
