Good sized room and very comfortable bed.

Staff were not particularly helpful. Our booking stated a balcony room which we did not get.

the location was excellent, the room was tidy & the breakfast was beautiful

we had to ask for coffee & milk for the room (more than once) until finally we got some + a cup was broken also their was no where to leave our luggage once we checked out apart from leaving it in the foyer for about 5hrs

    It was clean.

The bedroom was filled with smoke from neighbours. All our clothes had the smell of cigarette. The next door guests chat could be heard clearly all night and the noise from the street as well. Couldn't sleep at all! We checked out the following morning, cancelling our next three night stay from this hotel.

the value for money and air conditioning,

road noise, small dark room on second floor, location on major terminus with roads converging, no view, more suited to Turkish visitors not international, restaurant Topkapi inside hotel charged 120tl (£35)for two half bottles of wine a rip off, though Turkish cuisine was good.

Excellent location, extreme value for money, good variety on the breakfast. Friendly staff.

No tourist information at reception.. we were given internet. Minimal English in general - sufficient for basic operations. The shower did not they provided a bucket within 10 mins.

Good location. There are so many bus agency in the corner. The room are big enough and we also have a baclony. Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast and the great view. The staff in the restraunt is very warm, helpful and good at english.

The reception staff is not good at english and not helpful. We asked her how we can go to the otogar. She told us only taxi because she dose not know any bus to it. You know, the location is city centre and many many bus, metro, shuttle bus here. We asked how we can buy the bus tickets and she did not give us the answer. In the end, we find the bus to otogar by ourselves just in 3 mintues walk. And we got some help by the local people. You can buy a bus card which you can charge in money at kordon or you can pay 3.5 tl per person for one way to the bus driver. Izmir is not a city like istanbul. But in the hotel, it should be helpful to the tourist in the same standard.

Location...location....and location, thats the reason we choosed this hotel as we just crossed the street to take the train to Selcuk. Very generous breakfast, its more than enough to continue our travel. The local restaurant next to this hotel had very delicious food as well.

There was no connection door for 2 bedrooms we booked. Only one staff in the morning able to speak English, then we had difficulties to ask anything about this city to the afternoon receptionist , such as money changer, train ticket, and city tour.
