Close to the main points of interest. Nice breakfast-room view. 1- Very Disappointing. 2- Impolite manager. The hotel charged my credit card one night in advance (two nights before our arrival), in spite of the fact that the room policy the time we'd booked it was clear: no fees or charges in advance will be asked. Upon arrival, I tried to convince the receptionist to cancel the authorization because I would pay the whole stay in cash: so many excuses (it was weekend, the bank was closed, they will last at least two days to process the order, etc, etc) and nothing was done. The worst: the day after, my electronic key was blocked preventing me from entering the room: the explanation: I should have payed that night in advance 'because that was the hotel rule'. I phoned to the manager and he was insolent. I had nothing else to do than to pay him: I could realized that his problem was money.. We're in a family room, full of luggages, paying 1.500 Euros for 5 nights: were we supposed to run away from the hotel without paying it?? Ridiculous... 3- I had a very strong headache the last day probably because either the bad air conditioning system maintenance or the carpet dust (could be both). I've never had such kind of problem travelling all around the world. 4- The adjoined room, where the lady was, had problems with the shower (no water) and a smell coming from the drain unbearable. Both were solved only in the last night. Conclusion: They were able to charge the booking but were unable to check the room conditions before guests arrival. Very convenient. 4- Breakfast is good. However, it's hard to believe that Turkey hasn't got fresh fruits in order to have a juice made and, for people that love bread, unacceptable to have just one kind and only slices of it to be toasted every single day. Why not trying, at least, to make something different? 5 days with the same choices? I'll never be back at this hotel again and booking.com should review your concept about this hotel. Be aware of it before going.

Very clean, large rooms, design, free WiFi. Noisy location far from tourist attractions, breakfast is pure for the price. Choose real 4 or 5 star for the value.

Location , just 1 minut to tram and 5 minut walk to metro. Excellant room( clean comfortable, well designed, mini bar, arabic chanels in the tv) Spa, message , turkish bath. In the adress they mention that the hotel is in old sultan ahmed. Once I arrived I observe that I am far away from the real siltan ahmed You have to be cerfull as its 20 minuts walk away from sultan ahmed city center.

- Hotel is properly equipped and well furnished. No cheaply overwhelmed decorations. - Rooms are comfortable and well decorated. Bathrooms are new and very clean. - Location is near to everything, particularly if your coming for tourism. Across the street from the main tram line. - Staff were very helpful and welcoming. - Breakfast is nice, with a variety of cold and hot dishes, juices, and desserts. Restaurant at the 6th floor is spacious and comforting. Room size was small, having two bags and a baby cot in the room blocked any walking space. Staff tried to help shifting us to another room but no choice other than a triple room with three single beds, (hotel was sold out next day) which we will face the same problem with space.

Fabulous small hotel with friendly and helpful staff The hotel front looks out onto a very busy road. Traffic noise isn't too much of a problem it's just not a particularly 'pretty' street.

Location was great(1 min by walk to tram and 8 min by walk to the Metro)! Also I liked the sport gym (fitness club).Staff was friendly.Room was not so big,but very style and nice done.Complementory water in romm was very nice!I Also I really liked the cafe (kebab) near hotel .I will defenetly recommend this hotel ! The hotel was paid from my fathers card .When I checked in the hotel staff asked me to give the copy passport of my father and the copy of his credit card. But by that time the money was already transferred from my fathers account .It was very annoying to desterb ny oarent during there holidays in europe ,butI guess it was bank issues .So it's better to pay the hotel by your own credit card.

Very friendly staff, easy to communicate with , unlike most others in terms of language, excellent room setting and all new furniture and appliances. Very clean. Our bathroom had a jakouzi in it. Breakfast was not bad too. The most amazing thing is that u come back from a hectic day whether for tourism or wholesale shopping, u get off the tramway and just cross the street to get to the hotel. Dont miss th spa center espcialy the steam room and turkish hammam Rooms at the first and 2nd floors tend to be noisy at night so its recommended that visitors order a room at the top floor. Also if visitors want a view of the city they should ask for it

Great hotel, well located (in front of Aksaray station), clean, the food is good (breakfast and dinner), staff very receptive. If you have a light sleep you might be bother with the Mosque in front of the Hotel, where are prayers since 5 am - 5 times a day.

Nothing special. Its a well maintained 4 star hotel.its quite functional The front desk is poorly trained, I doubt the manager got the job on merit cos he doesnt act professional at all. Your guests are your guests, treat them as such at all times! Either at check in or even check out!
