the food was really good and as much as you can eat. No drinks included so watch what you order at dinner.......even water. I have a huge appetite and even I got enough to eat. I ate 7 deserts with my dinner and no one minded. |

Delicious food, breakfast and dinner around the pool. Location is a weakpoint of the hotel.The center and beach 20, 25min.away walking. Bad minibus connection to the center. In front of the hotel is a noisy working area and there is a lot of traffic all night long. When we came our tv was out of order. Attention When I was booking my stay the location of Farros was market out on the map from booking wrongly. Very near the beach. |

Breakfast and dinner is included in the price. Nice swimming pool. The room we were offered was quite small for a triple, basically a double room turned into a triple. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent It is not a complaint, but we could not get directions to the hotel so drove around for an hour trying to find the hotel before ringing reception to ask how to get there. It is actually very easy to find once you know! Perhaps some short directions on your website would be helpful. |

Nous avons pu prendre notre chambre dès 10h00 du matin et ce, avec le sourire. Hôtel vraiment très loin du centre ville, cependant, en rapport avec son prix. |

la qualité de la nourriture est bonne le service en chambre correct la chambre qui m'a été attribuée n'était probablement pas représentative des chambres de cet hotel il s'agit d'une chambre à deux lits! Au dessus de la réception dans la salle de bain l'évacuation après une douche est défectueuse de l'eau se répend autour du toilette. Les animations proposées sont sympatiques. L'amabilité du personnel est juste satisfaisante si l'on compare au standart du pays plusieurs points annoncés sur votre site concernant l'hotel sont faux. 1)pas de navette aéroport (sauf peut être pour des tours opérateurs!) 2)Connexion wifi impossible dans la chambre malgré la présence de 2 réseaux l'un dans l'entrée de l'hotel l'autre pour le bar de la piscine 3)Principal problème qui a alerté mon esprit critique l'adresse : A vérifier par rapport au mail!!! Tout au moins la localisation sur la carte qui est placée à environ 500 m de la plage en fait au niveau de la rue n°117 entre le mango-apartments.com et l'aloa??? Alors que l'hotel est en fait placer au dela du kemal pasa blv juste un peu après la Yunus Nadi Caddesi sur la rue n° 514 (sokak 514) ce qui fait approximativement 3 fois plus loin du front de mer. J'ai avant tout vérifier qu'aucun autre hotel ou antenne du faros était présente sur la rue 117. C'est un argument de vente très important et après en avoir informé le responsable de la reception ainsi que les 2 points précédents) qui a prétendu qu'il s'agissait d'une erreur de la part du site et qu'il ferait corriger cela il a seulement accepté de me laisser jusqu'au samedi pour changer d'hotel car par chance je n'aivais réglé le soir même que 300 YTL!!! |
