The hotel needs upgrading.
Location Breakfast Price
Small shower place
the location in the old city, close to everything(restaurants, shops, and to the major tourist attractions ,breakfast was good in a nice dinning room, breakfast was good in a nice dinning room.
the single room I get was at the fourth floor, adjacent to the elevator with all the noise,a very very small bathroom/toilet.no way to open the window to let some fresh air in,the light lamps connected to extension cable.the whole room looks as kind of improvisation. eventually I left the hotel to a nearby hotel-and I get a most better room for less money.
The location was excellent and the breakfast was adequate. Hotel organised taxis from and to Ataturk airport €50 return. Luxurious mini bus.
The bedrooms were unclean and the shower looked unsavoury hence we did not use it. We requested a double bed and was given a family room with single beds. The description of the hotel is incorrect and misleading. There was no bar, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, no seating area in the room and no cable television. The rooms were very dark and cold. Lights on the landing and staircase on for a limited time and the lift exits between floors and starts on floor one not in reception. One evening when my sister was asleep two people entered her room with a key and ran out when she woke up. We were also told the night before leaving that we had to move because a family needed the room? Outside seating area was 2 tables with cracked tops and 3 chairs. All in all would not recommend.
The location was good close to all the important sites. The breakfast was also good.
The Hotel seriously need refurbishing. the room was very tired and need some serious qwork to bring it up to standard
located near Sultanahmet, Spice Market & Grand Bazaar decent breakfast buffet
rooms were run down & not very clean (random hairs around) lots of visitors to other rooms at late hours no key for our room
1. Distance to nearby historical sights 2. Polite personal 3. Penthouse with Bosphorus view! 4. Old furnishings bring you to the time of Ottoman government
location and breakfast very good
bed was damp and bathroom wasn't clean
The location of the hotel is perfect. It's compensating all the negative things. The most famous sights are in walking distance and there are many good restaurants nearby. The stuff is kind, helpful and speaks English. There is a rich breakfast and we liked the atmosphere of the breakfast room.
The walls are thin so you can hear every noice from the neighboring rooms. The cleaning could be better, and the rooms are a bit small.
Exellent location Good Value for money
Location is very good and you can find anything you want, and it is near Sea, bazaar and train station.
The room is alitlle small not so comfort which I don't like this.
Location is tops
Room very cramp and toilet facilities poor. Taps do not work well. On another night ,hotel was booked though a call was made and confirmed a day before . Moved to another hotel, cleaner ,bigger and cheaper.
Comfortable beds, an array of food not ever seen before included in deal for breakfast. Bring close to the palace, blue mosque, Sofia hagia, cistern etc and only a short walk was a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff.
Toilet to close to wall but ok.
Near all importants places...
It was difficult to take a shower, the hot water preassure is to irregular, sometimes cold water, sometimes to warm. Room is so dark...
The location was excellent, but the hotel failed at everything else.
The lift... its very small and it stops at every other floor, so if you've got heavy lugguage you'll be carrying it up the stairs. The breakfast...the egg was cold the cheese smelt bad and gave us a stomach ache. the bedroom...our celling had leak. The first room they gave us the toilet wouldn't flush but woukd leak from the sides. The lighting...very dark at night and hard to see, esp. If you are trying to pack at night.
The location was walking distance from all of the tourist spots. The rooms are air-conditioned and the breakfast was delicious
The coffee machine was broken and because it was during Eid, the repairman was on vacation.
Nothing was nice
Everything! Price is too high for services! Bathroom is not like The one in pictures! Room is very very very small! Breakfast nothing expecial! Noisy room. I wanted to change hotel even if I had already paid; it was my girlfriend to stop me! It is astonishing how you can spend more than 500 euros for 3 days in a hotel that should have no more than two stars! I'm very disappointed!!!
Price and location good Wifi available everywhere
Breakfast quite poor.Moved rooms due to air con issue to a room in the attic -no fire escape, bare light bulb suspended from wall, main hotel lift mechanism in cupboard next to bed, hole in bathroom wall open to elements-nice view though!!!!!
Location, the guy from Georgia who works there as a technician.
When you park car on the payed parking behind hotel, they want you to give the car's key and do not want to explain why. They say: "We have such procedure". But later we understood, why they as. The parking lot is crowded with cars, during the day cars are parked in a way, that they block each other. There works a guy who moves cars. That's why they needed key. We did not give them key :) Anyway our car was parked in furthest corned, and did not block anyone. Also there were problems with water 2 times in that area. There was not water at all. The funny thing, that it happened for the second time in the morning, when we had to leave. And I was taking shower exactly at that time, and my body was covered with soap :)))
Staff were polite
Location is good
The shower was leaking the water reach to our bed There no water to flush the toilet Room very small At 12 pm the room service informed to leave the room immediately we couldn't have even 5 minutes more ,other hotels let u till 1 pm to check out
Good location, staff is very kind
Poor English, room was dirty, zero wifi in the room, fair breakfast.
The staff went out of their way to attend to problems. We were given a second room choice, which we took. Location is excellent: walking distance to Sultan Ahmet (though the tram was right there). Lots of nearby dining options. 15 Euro shuttle from airport (they met us), and even cheaper (shared) for return.
WiFi stopped working (but was later fixed). But slow even when working. Strange odor in the bathroom one day (which subsequently disappeared on its own). Very stiff pillows (but then we were given good ones). Very loud large family next door.
