The location was excellent, but the hotel failed at everything else.

The lift... its very small and it stops at every other floor, so if you've got heavy lugguage you'll be carrying it up the stairs. The breakfast...the egg was cold the cheese smelt bad and gave us a stomach ache. the bedroom...our celling had leak. The first room they gave us the toilet wouldn't flush but woukd leak from the sides. The lighting...very dark at night and hard to see, esp. If you are trying to pack at night.

The location was walking distance from all of the tourist spots. The rooms are air-conditioned and the breakfast was delicious

The coffee machine was broken and because it was during Eid, the repairman was on vacation.

    Nothing was nice

Everything! Price is too high for services! Bathroom is not like The one in pictures! Room is very very very small! Breakfast nothing expecial! Noisy room. I wanted to change hotel even if I had already paid; it was my girlfriend to stop me! It is astonishing how you can spend more than 500 euros for 3 days in a hotel that should have no more than two stars! I'm very disappointed!!!

Price and location good Wifi available everywhere

Breakfast quite poor.Moved rooms due to air con issue to a room in the attic -no fire escape, bare light bulb suspended from wall, main hotel lift mechanism in cupboard next to bed, hole in bathroom wall open to elements-nice view though!!!!!

Location, the guy from Georgia who works there as a technician.

When you park car on the payed parking behind hotel, they want you to give the car's key and do not want to explain why. They say: "We have such procedure". But later we understood, why they as. The parking lot is crowded with cars, during the day cars are parked in a way, that they block each other. There works a guy who moves cars. That's why they needed key. We did not give them key :) Anyway our car was parked in furthest corned, and did not block anyone. Also there were problems with water 2 times in that area. There was not water at all. The funny thing, that it happened for the second time in the morning, when we had to leave. And I was taking shower exactly at that time, and my body was covered with soap :)))

The staff went out of their way to attend to problems. We were given a second room choice, which we took. Location is excellent: walking distance to Sultan Ahmet (though the tram was right there). Lots of nearby dining options. 15 Euro shuttle from airport (they met us), and even cheaper (shared) for return.

WiFi stopped working (but was later fixed). But slow even when working. Strange odor in the bathroom one day (which subsequently disappeared on its own). Very stiff pillows (but then we were given good ones). Very loud large family next door.

Everything was great at the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful, room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really good, and the price was good.

However, we paid in cash, as instructed by, and just as we did at 5 other hotels in Turkey. Then after returning home we discovered the hotel had also charged our credit card. So we have paid twice. I have emailed back and forth now 5 times, but they want to see a receipt for our cash payment. We never got a receipt, and didn't think much about it because none of the other hotels we stayed at in Turkey gave us receipts, either. It has been quite difficult to understand the emails, and we are not sure how this will be resolved, but today is the last day for rating this hotel, so all I can say is if you decide to stay here, be sure to get a receipt for any cash you pay. Better yet, tell them to charge your credit card, since they clearly know how to do that.

Location Mr. Mohammad and Mr. Ayat allah who try their best to help

Rooms very small where double room was made for three beds. Some rooms the toilet is in the shower area especially room 104. elevator is in between floors so you eater climb up or down to reach your room. Breakfast is very bad and their omelet is not heated. TV is worth nothing and very small and in some rooms not connected. Not enough electrical outlets available and in some rooms it is on a high location on the wall. Water disconnect some times. The staff try's their best but the owner should do major maintenance to fix the hotel.

The staff was always ready to help, always smiling. For breakfast we had a wide range of choices, for any taste!

An old building which would do some restoring work. However this was not a major impediment.

I loved the hotel location as it's near all the main attractions of the city, I only walked a few minutes to get everywhere. The staff was really helpful and friendly. It was clean enough. I liked the decoration.

It is a budget hotel it covers the basics so I didn't expect much. The breakfast was the same all week a little old fashioned to be honest, I didn't like it. The rooms need some maintenance and are a bit small and dark.

Location Excellent. Barely 100m from new Sirceci underground station. We could hop off to Uskadar on the Asian Continent in 3.5 minutes travel time from station to station. Takes more time from the entrance to the deep descent to the train line...escalater after escalater. Within walking distance in the Old City to all the major attractions.

Boring breakfast...if you do not get to breakfast early you have very little choice on what is left. None of the "warm" foods are kept warm! Mad scramble for cutlery and dishes cups etc do not match. Worst of all was the woeful "bathroom" No bath tub and only a tiny shower curtain so the whole floor ends up wet. My wife opted for cowboy washes in the hand basin. Would I stay there again? A definite NO.

The location was excellent. You can really save a lot on transportation as the main attractions are within walking distance. Should you want to go to the other side of the Bosphorus river where the Galata Tower and Taksim Square is, it's also very accessible.

The really strong smell of chlorine/bleach in the rooms when we first got there. But cleanliness is good, no problems with that.

The hotel crew was very nice. The guys helped us out a lot. Dont expect to much of a little hotel but the location is great!! And the people are the nicest ever! The beds where also comfotable. If you dont mind to have a small hotel and a little noise then i would say this is the perfect place to stay :)

I would say the transfer is a little problematic. Hotel is a little noisy and make sure to dubble check is your rooms are reddy. We had to wait for that. But maybe because of the big group. Also the cleaning could be a little better but it was not really bad. On the end, i just want to say we had a really really good time!! :)
