Noting about Emex was impressed me, comparing with other 5* at this location(Kocaeli or nearby Sakarya) Hotel should not been 5*. Perhaps, could be good for Business or Wedding receptions!!! But not for leisure. Staff were cold, did not speak English. What did I like? Food = Poor. Soup was not we have ordered. Food came late, cold and no taste but charged maximum they can. Room= Poor, Entire Hotel was empty joining room was occupied and noisy. There was a extra bed in the room, this made room very depressive. Room had double and single bed and one chair? Service= Poor. 5* Hotel in swimming pool they want to charge money for hair bonnets. Not enough slippers, towels and water in the sauna, they run around for them from one service to other. I don't think it justify Booking' name and your reputation. Not fair status comparing with other 5* Kocaeli and Sakarya...

It's quiet in the hotel, clean and cosy. Front desk staff are very friendly and ready to help. Amaxing night view of the bay. Wellness center: hardly ever English-speaking staff, sauna - not warm enough.

It location to the ford plant made it an easy choice. Staff were good and friendly. Excellent sports facilities but the business facilities were not as good. Food limited in the 'out of season months' but was well presented and cooked well. Wi-fi is slow and not always connected.

otelin temizliği iyi oda konforu oteldeki bar sauna spor gibi hizmetler iyi. havalandırması kötü sigara içilen oda tutmama rağmen odada bir tane bile kül tablası olmaması sinir bozucu.resepsiyonu aradığımızda telefona kimsenin çıkmamasıda kötü.

sessiz sakin biryerde olması. personelinin iyi olması. abartılı bi temizliği yok, ortalama düzeyde... yerde bizden önce kalan birinin bilekliği vardı. gerçi halının rengiyle çok benziyordu o yüzden temizlik yapanlar görmemiş olabilir. şehir merkezine biraz uzakta kalıyor. aracınız yoksa ulaşım zor. birde tesis eski olduğu için yeni 5* otellerin konforu ve lüksü yok. bunun yerine wes'i seçin derim.

Hicbir yönünü sevmedim. Cok kötü bir otel. Kaldigim gun otelde dugun vardi ve gece 12:30'a kadar davullar, orkestra odamin icindeydi sanki...ve resepsiyon hicbir sekilde yardimci olmadi. Benim katimdaki baska bir oda, kapisi acik sekilde enstruman calip, sarki soyluyordu...yan odanin gurultusu ayri...Ertesi gun toplanti odasi yetersizdi... klimasi da bozuktu...hizmet kotuydu...bir kahve alamadik... Ogle yemegi de kotuydu...Bu otel nasil 5 yildiz almis, hayretler icindeyim ! Odamin dusunda benden önceki müsteriye ait saclar topak topak duruyordu...yastiklar kullanilmis gibiydi... korkunc...tek kelime ile korkunc...

Lage. Gut zu finden Weitläufige Anlage mit vielen kleinen Hütten anstatt nur hochgestapelter Zimmer. Bewachter Parkplatz mit Schranke Mein upgrade auf eine Suite hat mich mehr erwarten lassen. Das Zimmer war vor 15 Jahre sicher top gewesen. Heute war es überholungswürdig. Das Treppengeländer war wackelig Im Bas schimmelten die Duschfugen Streichen wäre gut. Der Fernseher war nicht Stand der Technik und lieblos mit einem Sat Receiver zusammengestöpselt. Das hatte den Stil einer Studentenbude. Schade um das grosse Zimmer.
