The hotel is not directly on the beach. You have to walk around the whole hotel, then cross the street and walk around a park. Only now you arrive at the hotel's private beach. Drinks and snacks on the beach are NOT free, even if you have paid all inclusive. The chairs and umbrellas aren't free either, which I find totally outrageous! All inclusive means ALL inclusive, and at least the chairs should be included! Beach towels also cost an additional 7 € per person and per week (to be changed every two days).
The entire staff speaks either very poor or no English at all. There were major problems in understanding. Even when we ordered drinks, the waiters hardly have understood something (basic words like Coke, Ice Tea or Orange Juice should be known by the waiters in such an hotel! And also numbers up to 10 should be a must!). If you wanted to order drinks, you had to make an effort to draw attention on yourselves, since the waiters ran mostly "blind" through the area and seemed to deliberately ignore people.
The lunch box, which you get when you make an early check-out, was ordered by us on time (2 days before the checkout). On the day of departure however, they claimed that we had not ordered anything. They didn't even apologize, but only blamed us.
All in one, we were incredibly disappointed by this hotel. For that price you can get a lot better hotels in Alanya.
The rooms were cleaned every two days (or more often on request), it was also cleaned very thoroughly. The size of the room was ok. The shower was great.
