The rooms are so small. There was not a place to leave the suitcase unpacked!! The breakfast is various, but only "international", not with local specialities.
The location is fine, really close to Grand Bazaar. The main attractions are easily reachable by walking from here.

My room was quite stuffy and warm and was told the AC could not be turned on as it was out of season (November). Slightly uncomfortable getting to sleep with the warmth in the room despite window being opened. Don't use for romantic moments lol. The bathroom door doesn't provide much privacy and if you have a lot of flatulance, it will be heard by those sharing your room lol. Getting into the shower is a little tight. One of the staff receptionist (male) very unhelpful with simple queries. When I asked if he could help me with changing flight details by phoning the airline - was told by him bluntly to go to the main airline office in Task - which would have used up at least half a day, and considering it would have been my last day in Turkey - was not such a great suggestion. Luckily the assistant manager was at desk at another opportunity and she was fantastic.
The location of the hotel was great, just around the corner from the tram station and few stops away from the Sultan Ahmet area. The assistant manager is great at sorting out queries. Overall I would rate the hotel as a very good 3 star hotel. Doesn't quite have the luxurious feel of a four star.

The hotel staff wer no way friendly..and were not fluent in english..the rooms are conjusted and bathroom was so small which makes getting inside and closing the door a task...the reception could not even provide a multi plug. There are so many other hotel in istanbul offering much better than service at lesser price.
The hotel location is good and the breakfast was acceptable..that's the only 2things good abt this hotel..

The staff including the general manager cannot speak English, the drains smelthe so bad. I had my room changed twice but the whole hotel has an obnoxious smell.their showers are not constructed well, therefore the carpets are always soaked with water.the general manager is very unprofessional and I made that clear to her after she had passed a comment on racism. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone,my stay there was a nightmare.

Toilet is very small and open with no lock

Rooms are very small and not recommended for accomodation of more than 1 person in the same room because lavatory has no privacy.
Personel are helpful and polite. Rooms are clean. Location is perfect near tram station.

The bed is a little pit short for 6 footer, the refrigerator is inside the closet, the staff need to improve their English language but it is Ok as it is.
Brilliant location for every purpose, staff were helpful and knowledgable but need to improve their English , breakfast was so diverse and in clean and many tables, the room is as described online, the hotel in general is better than what I expected.

The hotel needs more interest in cleaning especially carpet footing and bathroom . Shower and bathroom area is very tight can't move or turn around. Very difficult to communicate in English with the staff.
Location is at the heart of city close to the landmarks and public transportation. Near to the restaurants and opposite to the grand bazaar .

There is a small sitting area by reception, this serves as the lounge/bar so you won't be lounging enjoying a G&T
Fabulous barber and hairdresser located in the hotel, the Vincent Van Gough of hair! If your want an amazing experience shaving, face mask, lotions and options and the best hair do tell everyone to visitor this guy. Turkish bath in the salon private treatment and value for money, spoil yourself after walking Istanbul for the day. This hotel is less then 5 minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar and the tram line, Istanbul has a great transport system. The hotel is simple clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Right in the heart of the old city you exit into city centre where the streets roll and dip old blended along with new. Great location to base yourself and explore.

The only draw back was that some of the staff weren't speaking English
Breakfast is awesome!
June 12, 2014
Very noise at nights, we heard all neighbour rooms.
200 meters from tramway station Beyasit, 10 minutes walk to sultanahmet - very good situation. Good breakfast- enough choice of dishes. Clean room.

Rooms are very small, even for two people. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear every noice from the corridor, or even from the toilet, which is separated a single glass wall from the room. It is very disturbing. The turkish bath and sauna is not free for hotel guests: it costs $35/person/occassion! Only one WIFI key is provided per person (meaning you can connect only one device at one time, which is quite a limitation nowadays), and even that device must be reconnected in every five minutes.
Close to the Grand Bazaar and the T1 tram-line. Clean and pretty rooms. Cheese selection and breakfast

The toilet in the room was not being cleaned .
A convenient place to stay because its situated in a shopping area. And there are plenty of banks, taxis and restaurants nearby.

The temperature in the room was higher than normal.
