location, bathrooms, staff.
fitness centre, small rooms.
Location is at the heart of city close to the landmarks and public transportation. Near to the restaurants and opposite to the grand bazaar .
The hotel needs more interest in cleaning especially carpet footing and bathroom . Shower and bathroom area is very tight can't move or turn around. Very difficult to communicate in English with the staff.
This hotel is one of tge best in istanbul and the staff is very lively and helpful especially that one named Aytek he is very kind and I had really good time with them... The location is very nice as it's near the tram station and grand bazaar only about 5 to 10 minutes... Wish them to be the best
Location Amenities Clean
Room size little bit small
Good beds good aircon. Good location
I didnt like the breakfast but the coffee was nice:)
Fabulous barber and hairdresser located in the hotel, the Vincent Van Gough of hair! If your want an amazing experience shaving, face mask, lotions and options and the best hair do tell everyone to visitor this guy. Turkish bath in the salon private treatment and value for money, spoil yourself after walking Istanbul for the day. This hotel is less then 5 minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar and the tram line, Istanbul has a great transport system. The hotel is simple clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Right in the heart of the old city you exit into city centre where the streets roll and dip old blended along with new. Great location to base yourself and explore.
There is a small sitting area by reception, this serves as the lounge/bar so you won't be lounging enjoying a G&T
Great value for money
Breakfast is awesome!
The only draw back was that some of the staff weren't speaking English
200 meters from tramway station Beyasit, 10 minutes walk to sultanahmet - very good situation. Good breakfast- enough choice of dishes. Clean room.
Very noise at nights, we heard all neighbour rooms.
Close to the Grand Bazaar and the T1 tram-line. Clean and pretty rooms. Cheese selection and breakfast
Rooms are very small, even for two people. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear every noice from the corridor, or even from the toilet, which is separated a single glass wall from the room. It is very disturbing. The turkish bath and sauna is not free for hotel guests: it costs $35/person/occassion! Only one WIFI key is provided per person (meaning you can connect only one device at one time, which is quite a limitation nowadays), and even that device must be reconnected in every five minutes.
A convenient place to stay because its situated in a shopping area. And there are plenty of banks, taxis and restaurants nearby.
The toilet in the room was not being cleaned .
The temperature in the room was higher than normal.
It was a nice experience. A good hotel placed in the center not far from Gran Bazaar and 15-20 minutes walking to the Blue mosque and others monuments. Excellent conditions and excellent staff.
good location, good relation price/quality
not real meat, no sausages, no ham for brakfast
it is very nice and confortable
Very kind staff. Location. The room interior.
We chose this hotel because of its Spa facility but Spa cost us 20 usd per each person. Staff at the spa was very nice and friendly but wanted to gave us 5 min sauna, 5 min steam room and hamman. We could do them longer because we insisted to stay longer. The second day we went to the Spa of Hilton nearby which was much better (27usd).
Room is very small, like you can touch all the walls while you're on bed. No closet, No hangers, No safe box, No place to sit
Restaurent Zapova next to the hotel (5m left from the entrance) was very bad, bad food, tricky waiter and they brought us triple bill from the menu price, in Turkey you should ask the price before the meal or coffe, even taxi very tricky people.
The hotel is quite new, clean and confortable. 24h reception available and personnel very kind.
Breakfast could be improved!
Best hotel best location
My third time staying at this hotel. I love it.staff are perfect
I love it.perfect location
Great bathroom with rainshower, very clean, very nice people at reception (even good French speaking lady), very good breakfast, walking distance from all shops, not the nicest wholesaler area Laleli / Beyazit but stay there for 7 years now and never had problems, will surely go back to this hotel !
Rooms very small, roomservice only sandwiches, rude staff, do not disturb sign they do not care, tv satelite too many channels cannot find channels, fitness is too small, no airco, shower toilet leaking
The staff does not have smile...
