de ligging. kamer met uitzicht op de haven. er was geen keuze voor het diner. je diende te accepteren wat je werd voorgezet want iets anders was er niet. lustte je het niet? pech gehad een alternatief werd je niet aangeboden. 4 sterren en dan dit? schandalig! reden: er waren te weinig gasten in het hotel. alsof een kok niet in staat is om, desnoods beperkt, a la carte te werken bij minder gasten. kwestie van respect voor je klanten. |

Clean, friendly service. Proximity to town. Views of marina. Smaller hotel (only 80 rooms) so personable without hordes of people. |

Excellent view, very good price-quality relation, friendly staff We visited it out of tourist season. Therefore, all facilities were not opened, like: indoor pool was not cleaned, they did not have many deck chairs by the outdoor pool and not cushions on them...I think it would be nice to have these facilities even if travelling out of the season. Rooms were of tourist class, nothing fancy, but we got what we paid for.Minibar and drinks a bit expensive. |

The room vas very nice and clean, with a large balcony with view to the sea. The price was low and the dinner included. |

The welcome at the Grand Onder was warm and friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful with fabulous views and creative decour. The food was traditional, plentiful and delicious. The rooms were large and kept beautifully clean daily. We will definitely use this hotel again!! |

the Hall and the amazing sea view on Kusadasi port. Very cold personnel at the Restaurant. We were there at 8.15 pm and the food was almost gone. The reception was more interested in receiving soon their payment than be friendly and helpfull. |

Dinner was so good...Service in restaurant was good too.Open buffet in dinner was so good.Staff was good too.If i go one more time , i will chose this hotel again. No...Just the quality of breakfast materials can be increased and hotel outside view can be made better.Because inside,staff,quality were good but they dont match with outside view of this hotel. |

I was out of money, it was late and we were hungry. We ordered something to eat from outside and the guy in the reception paid for the food. We returned it in the morning. |

First of all, the hotel did not have hot water when we arrived. The water was room temperature. Second, the quality of food was poor and we had to eat in the restaurants and buy some groceries from the market. Finally, reception desk stuff was rude. It is not a four-star hotel and I will not recommend this hotel to other travelers. There are other places in Kusadasi that are much better. |

Offer free breakfast and dinner Staff is not so polite, room is small, location is far from the center where most activities take place (though it's close to the beach) |
