Excellent gym

1. Staff don't speak English even though they pretend to do so. This causes endless hassles. 2. On the first day the valet lost my car keys and I had to wait for an hour till they found it. 3. Room service are very rude and don't let you finish your sentence on the phone. They also don't replace used cups and plates every time they clean the room. On top of that they knock on the door for room service in a very rude way and scream "house keeping"!. 4. Quality of food in the breakfast and lunch buffet are not that great. Food is cold and I saw the chef rearranging the salad with his hands (no gloves) in front of everyone!

Rooms, foods, design of saloons were great.. And you can find whatever you want

Roomservice was a bit slow, also at breakfast when something finished you cant find some again for at least 1hour..

Location

staff can be better trained to assist the guests. Vale parking is not good. They should have a coffee place in lobby

A palatial hotel with giant rooms. Very accommodating staff when they could understand you, very friendly regardless. Very good buffet selection. Wish I had more time to use its facilities.

A conference center should have more staff that understand English. Also some of my friends, who didn't use booking.com, arrived to find the room they paid for wasn't available and they had to go to an alternative hotel!

Nice interior, good kitchen

Somebody took my shoes from jym area. Problems with booking were awful - they have taken details for all 3 of my credit cards and finally the price for 4 nignts was 20 percent higher.

Polite and efficient staff. Excellent gym / leisure facilities (and open early!), good food, sensible / realistic pricing.

Broken phone in the room, took a few days to repair. But more bad luck (to get such a room) than anything else.

Professional staff, good location for those who fly to Sabiha Gokchen Airport and who needs to stay at Asian part of the city, the gym, the swimming pool, quality of breakfast,

Restaurant a la carte cause you should wait for the dishes for a long time, sometimes they mix up orders, some of the dishes they don't serve at all

Location is good, you can escap from traffic jams.

Bar and pub facilities poor

De suite is erg mooi ingericht en prachtig uitzicht the suite is beautifully decorated and has a great view

De faciliteiten in de suite waren slecht onderhouden en deden het matig bijvoorbeeld de jakuzi spoelde niet door en moest tussentijds gerepareerd worden ( 2 keer zelfs ) en 1 van de 2 douche koppen deed t bijna niet. the facilities in the suite were poorly maintained, the yakuzi didn't flush the water out so it had to be repaired ( twice even ) and 1 of the 2 shower heads didnt work properly

Noting basically. I've been over charge . my initial booking fee was 206 euro but they took 480 euros from my card .. So annoying when u on limited budget and people take money from ur card leave you without money

Bedrooms were very good and the beds comfortable

Very quiet hardly anyone in the hotel which is huge., no wifi available in the bedrooms

Mini bar servis - wake me up 3 times in the morning, entranced to my room straight after knock on door...

Only the Breakfast.

Managers have no Human relations, staff and reception very poor duty, cannot speak proper English, not helpfull, they delay in bringing room service, have to call them many times. Asked to see the Manager but he was not bothered during my stay, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

The spacious room. Excellent internet connection. Very nice breakfast buffet. Location to marina. Super staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Evening buffet (small & limited) for 70 tl ?????? Rip off !!! Bathroom shower is full of mold. A real health hazard! Room 7211 Open door to "balcony"with 50 cm railing. Was the architect serious? On the 7th floor...pretty scary !! In Europe this hotel would be closed down until railings were installed.

Dear all, I've made a booking for my parents. 54 years couple. They were very satisfied with the services in hotel and noted that the staff was very helpful and nice. The room was very clean and the food was also perfect. Thank you for you job.

The hotel is very nice, neat, clean, with good facilities, most of the times very live with tourists, Staff very cooperative, smart enough to guide/ provide good suggestions for implementation of the individual requirement / plan.

very bad plumbing most of the water stays in the bath and lav Most of the water reached the floor while taking a bath even when the window is closed. The same is for lav There is no film in tv (pay film) Poor wi fi intrrnet signal in the room 2117

Recep Tayyip erdogan in açılışta kullandığı makası ilk girişte sergilemeleri biraz tuhaf bir davranış olmuş. siyasi gorusle alakali olmadigi halde cok hoşuma gitmedi.
