Room was dirty. Carpet was light colored. Stains/ dirt visible.Some furnitures were not dusted inspite the fact that we were just checking in. Did not change sheets the following day. I have stayed in diffewrent hotels in Istanbul, some with lesser ratings but were more cleaner and well maintained |

Sehr gutes luxuriöses Hotel zum Schnäppchenpreis, guter Comfort, toller Wellnessbereich, sehr guter Service. Das Essensangebot ist sehr gut auch der Zimmerservice lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, so dass man doch immer mit dem Taxi oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zur Innenstadt oder den Sehenswürdigkeiten fahren muss |

L'hotel est de bonne qualité. Le personnel est réactif aux différentes demandes.Les chambres sont propres et trés agréables.La salle de sport et piscine sont bien entretenu.L'équipe est pro et à votre disposition. Seul reproche à cet hotel , il n'est pas recommandé pour famille avec enfants car interdit de faire du bruit dans la piscine et rien est prévu en terme d'activité et loisirs. Rien est prévu pour les failles avec enfants. |

hotel nuovo, pulito, davanti alla fermata del tram. ho chiesto una stanza al piano alto e sono stata accontentata. collegamento con aeroporto tramite tram e metropolitana molto comodo (+ vicino che dal centro) la posizione non è delle piu' centrali per i locali e le attrattive turistiche e il quartiere non è certamente pittoresco. il tram è comunque comodo e davanti alla porta dell'hotel. il taxi abbastanza economico. se volete girare a piedi scegliete un hotel dalle parti di Galata Tower e avrete tutto a portata di mano/max un paio di fermate di tram. |

服務人員的附塢動作很快, 飯店有按摩的服務, 門口有地上鐵很方便, 飯店附近很安靜, 房間的隔音跟窗簾的隔光效果很好 早餐收費貴得不像樣話, 按摩很難預約, 服務生要小費暗示的很明顯 |

personel olarak çok iyi..çünkü gecenin bi yarısında pasta kahwe siparişi werdik pasta yoktu farklı bi şey önerdiler we güler yüzlü biri tarafında hemen geldi siparişimiz.ve gece yan odadan çok rahatsız edici kahkaha sesleri geliyordu lobiyi aradığımda saniyesinde yan odayı uyardılar bu da çok güzel bişey.. tuvaletleri gerçekten çooook eski gözüküyodu küvet olması çok güzel ama pis ve eskiydi.we tüm odaların içindeki birbirine bağlayan kapılar gerçekten çokk kötü çünkü gecenin bi yarısı en ufak nefes alışlar bile duyuluyo.şunu düşünün ki odada neler yapılıyor... |

Julkiset tilat ovat ylelliset.Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja puhui pääosin hyvää englantia.Aamupala erittäinen monipuolinen ja herkullinen.Pyydettäessä saa myös erikoiskahveja maksutta. Viiden tähden hotelliksi huone oli hiukan vaatimaton, kokolattiamatot ja tapetti seinässä teki huoneesta vähemmän luksuksen,lähinnä vastasi neljää tähteä.Spa-osaston pukuhuoneet hyvin tavalliset,niissä ei mitään ylellistä.Uimalakki altaalla pakollinen,maksaa 10 euroa spa-osaston respassa.Hamami oli kiinni,se oli varattu yksityiskäyttöön. |
