Firstful I think this is not 5 stars hotel?? And the most of the staff very poor and pad location very far a way from the important place in istanbual and its old hotel when I am staying their is constractions very load noice, and very pad breakfast and finaly high price.

The staf is very helpfull and ready to please. The room is large The breakfast was very good

The location. It is not really walking distance from the centre (1 hr on foot) and although the tram service is very good and there is a stop just outside the hotel, it takes time to travel up and down to the centre.

Though I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the earlier cynical reviews, all I would like to say is that we had an excellent stay. The staff was very helpful, especially Idmat ( the restaurant Manager and Mustafa Location is fantastic, 8 tram stops away from Grand Bazaar. The breakfast spread was great with plenty of options,The hotel is great value for the money that we had to pay (Euros630 for 6 nights).

We found the hotel a little rough around the edges, which I am sure can be corrected. We wanted a double bed which we could not get as the room with the two single beds gave us a better view (so we opted for that). eakfast menu repetitive and by the 4th day, we could see a pattern in the choices being offered (the same cold cuts, brownies and the Churios). The only thing which changed probably was one or two in the veg section (the fried potatoes changed to grilled tomato with cheese).

The location, close to the airport and tram outside the front door to the various parts of the city is ideal for business travellors

About the price food at this hotel its expensive

They sent iron to room for free. Everybody was very nice to us.

Th tempreture of room would have been manipulated better.

Sevdigim tek yani odalarin temizligiydi...Otel de check in sirasinda resepsiyon gorevlisinin " oda numarasi 241 soldaki asansorden cikiyorsunuz" cumlesi nasil yani valizlerimi ben mi goturecem sorusunu akla getirdi.Evet valizimle odaya kadar ben gittim ve otel hizmetleri hakkinda en ufak bi aciklama yapilmadi.Aksam otele tekrar geldigimde kapidaki guvenlik arabayi oraya park edemezsiniz cekmeniz gerekiyor dedi.Vale sordugumda ise fek valemiz var oda disarda aciklamasi 5 yildizli bi otele hic yakismadi ve araci cikip kendim park ettim...

L'hotel est très bien placé un peu en retrait de Sultanahmed et donc quartier plus calme. Le tram est juste à côté et dessert tout le centre ville. Les chambres sont propres bien équipés et le personnel sympa et très pro. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent. Le room service est aussi bon.

Manque d'ambiance et l'hotel un peu "vieillot".

Séjour de 5 nuits dans une chambre Prémium (354), choix effectué sur votre site suite aux commentaires. L'accès en ville très pratique par le tram, ainsi que l'accès à l'aéroport par métro et tram. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié ; personnel à l'écoute et réactif à nos demandes ; Spa de qualité. Enchanté de notre séjour dans l'hôtel Barcelo, nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de notre découverte d'Istanbul.

Älteres Hotel, gut geführt, freundliches Personal. Restaurant, Bar, Frühstücksangebot sehr gut. Nicht ganz am Zentrum von Istanbul gelegen, aber unmittelbar an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle.
