First of all, owner "Selim" is so friendly and generous. He helped us so much when we need something. He gave us so much information about Goreme and valleys. Also they have a tour company and its also so nice. Breakfast was so good. Breakfast was in Turkish style in terrace and it was wonderful. When you are sitting in terrace you can see excellent view of all Goreme. Room was cave which decorated in turkish style.Room was so clean and there was no smell in bathroom. We stayed 2 nights and i will go back there again next time. I can suggest that hotel for everyone. Thanks for all. Best regards from Fırat and Evgeniya to Selim :)

The Gutelkin is a nice small hotel with a variety of rooms. The whole house is an old village building that is very convenient, literally 100 m to the very center of Göreme. Since it opens to a secondary street, it was surprisingly quiet. My nice room was large, with enough room for a large double bed two small comfy seats, a tiny desk-like contraption, and a small table with coffee and tea fixings. The room was clean and it was obvious the hotel owners had invested some effort to make it look nice. The room door and window opened to the entrance courtyard, which made it feel a bit exposed, and every time anyone went into the office right next to me, I could hear them. The bathroom was very clean, simple yet comfortable, without a shower enclosure. So every time I took a shower the whole thing was washed down. The staff was comprised of the manager, who alone spoke English and I suspect is the son of the owner, and a coterie of teenagers who he said were his cousins and did all the running for things. Everyone was very attentive and tried their best to be hospitable and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and the typical Turkish tourist offering: Bread, Cheese, olives, salami, a few fresh vegetables and fruit, yoghurt, and a variety of packaged jams and honey. It was all you can eat, which is sometimes not the case in other places, and the staff was around to help with fresh hard-boiled eggs, hot coffee and Turkish Cai (thick tea). Overall, a very nice stay. In Turkish terms, this is a lovely and well appointed hotel. I feel I paid a bit too much for this hotel, mostly because this website charges a pretty high commission to the hotelier that gets passed on to the customer.

We enjoyed our stay at Gulteking Pansiyon and Hotel. The owner was really kind, informative and helpful. It really makes your stay a 100% better when the owner and staff are so friendly and nice. We enjoyed our talks with the Salem(?) and all we learned about the area and the people. The cave room was great. The view at breakfast was amazing. Good location with lots to walk to and do. I wish them all the best. Thank you

The owner and all the staff were very friendly and the location was very good. It is a very good value for money. The owner Selim is a very nice person and trustworthy and we booked our sightseeing as well as the baloon ride with him. The rooms were basic but very clean. The owner is always willing to go an extra mile to make your stay more comfortable.

For travelers on a budget Gultekın ıs great.

The friendliest and most relaxed hotel/hostel we have stayed in. Our rooms were cut into the natural stone and were quirky and quaint. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and organised tours for us a t reasonable prices. Could have lazed away the whole day on the rooftop terrace with the panaramic views of Rose Valley.Great inexpensive laundry service 10tl.

An excellent location in the heart of the center of Göreme village - still peaceful - and one kilometre from the openair museum. Amazing view from the roof terrace where the breakfast was served. I was very pleased with my room, spacious and cleaned every day. Selim, the owner of the hotel, was so friendly and helpful. When arriving to the hotel he gave a lot of information about Göreme and the valleys around. The family has also company organising tours with very reasonable prices. You can book shuttle service from and to the airports as well. I really enjoyed my stay and can recommend this hotel!

Location very close to center, the owner really friendly and helpful, deluxe room very nice and traditional with very comfortable bed. Lacking dust cleaning (anyway, it is true that the wall’s construction material produces more dust than usual).

We had a cute room and bathroom - complete with kettle and tea-making facilities, a great plus for Aussies! It was clean, quite spacious and comfortable. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful and gave us good advice on what to do, organising trips and balloon flights for our short stay with them. They also organised our airport transfer, which was very helpful. Breakfast on the roof terrace each morning was a pleasure.

The Gultekin Hotel is a place to be visited. Not only for the warm atmosphere and the cave bedroom but also for the helpfullness of the Tenant (Selim) and the perfect location. The price is for sure worth the structure and from there you're walking distance from the Cappadocia main natural attractions.

Nice hotel whith some rooms digged in the rock. Good breakfast on the roof quiet terrasse. Helpful team This hotel has a potential which is not really used. To matresses in the "welcome lobby" and the young guys from the team are slightly missing of dynamism.

Ci è piaciuto molto l'accoglienza di Selim. Le camere sono veramente pulite. Una sola cosa, e questo vuole essere un consiglio, la colazione deve essere un po' più ricca.
