Everything about the hotel is very good

Connecting to wireless internet should be made more easy for hotel guests rather than trying to test how clever we are. What a complicated system it is...

In this kinda budjet its great value for money, the kabeb shops are very near along wit cafes, park and shoping centre.

mmmm, almost everything was upto the mark

When we have shower, the water leaked out of the washbasin because of the wrong slope of the washbasin and we informed the reception regarding the stiuation. The cleaning staff cleaned the ground with the towels that were used by us. As far as ı know, the cleaning linen should be seperate and the towels we used should not be used for other purposes. I took the photo while the cleaning staff was cleaning the ground with hotel's towel.

Bed is too soft to sleep, it is like sleeping on a big & soft balloon.

Nothing. Little bit far from city but you can take a bus infringement of hotel to go to city and comeback every 2 minutes

we stayed at hampton by hilton bursa for 2 nights on 12 feb 2013 . we had a connecting room for my lovely daughters . the hotel is adjacent to hilton hotel .. the rooms were clean,and the room design was perfect. from windows you can see uludag mountain with white top that was the snow. the hotel staff were very helpful with a big smile and a warm welcome. breakfast buffet was more than enough and excellent . in fact it's a hilton hotel but with no concierge and no room service(in room dinning).that's how they keep the room rate much lower than the real hilton. in fact i love this luxury hotel . because when i need any help about where to go or where to eat in bursa i just walk to hilton hotel and asked the concierge there and he was very nice and happy to help and give a good advices also with a big smile his name as i remember was (cenk) he give us his card just in case we need any translation or help while we are in bursa just 3 minuets walking there is a restaurant ,cafe,a small mall and a supermarket you can purchase all your needs. also just a cross the street there is a very famous turkish restaurant .. in case we are in bursa we will stay at hampton by hiltun again and again. thank you hampyon with 2 THUMPS UP.

The hotel is a bit far from the city to walk around.

Minimal luxury...is just enough for a young couple and the best compring price with quality.Very clean and just 4 km from downtown (6 euro by taxi) but if you have your own car you can leave it for free to the garage. It is definetely a Hilton hotel but not so luxury.Personel is the best and their english are very good comparing to other hotels in Turkey.In the reception Ceyhun and Sebnem are very friendly and dont hesitate to ask them if you need something...I would definetely go there again in my next visit in Bursa This is a five star hotel not three :))))))))))

The only problem was that the wifi was very often down...but if you go for vacation you should give up of of iphones and tablets and take a look at the city witch is the most friendly city i have ever been...

With all its amenities from coffee kettle to reading light to work desk/internet area to luxurious shower, everything was neatly designed and I felt very comfortable and cozy in the room. Breakfast was great and the staff from server to manager all were very friendly, smiling and willing in every way. I saw a couple in the patio outside the breakfast room smoking cigarettes in the cold and they were trying to light up the gas heater for some warmth. Manager, who was talking to someone in the breakfast area, noticed the couple trying to turn on the patio heat and immediately excused himself and went outside to help the guests. Manager was so friendly and was so polite. Also the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. Thank you all for making my one-night stay so pleasant that I wished I had few more days to stay.

the staff were not helpful and guess what? it's not their fault that they don't actually live in bursa. The location is very far from the city centre and the ferry boat station

Nice infrastructure. Price. Basic facilities but well run and attended. Next to Hilton Bursa which complements its lackings.

It is a Good Hotel with very comfortable rooms. Breakfast is good and there are many cafes, resturants and supermarkets nearby.

Rooms are luxury, new, clean & comfort. Amazing view to Bursa and Uldug Mountain. Near to shopping center and restaurants.

At the time of chick in we have to stay 3 hours till room is ready.

Staff were very friendly especially "Hasnet" and "Melke". I engoyed staying there a lot, clean rooms breakfast was great, training at the gym was really cool.

There was no place to sit by the time we wanted to have breakfast.

The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Transportation (taxis ) are available and the breakfast services are very good. I recommend staying at this hotel. Public Bus stop is only 50m from entrance. الفندق جيد وممتاز عند مقارنة السعر بمستوى الفندق. الافطار جيد جدا والخدمة ممتازة.

Only that it is about 5 km from city center, and that there is no shuttle service available. But that will not prevent me from staying there again. البعد عن وسط المدينة وعدم وجود باص خاص لاستقبال الضيوف، لكن ذلك ليس مشكلة لوجود موقف باص عام بالقرب من مدخل الفندق بالاضافة إلى امكانية طلب تاكسي ولكنه غالي نوع ما.

- Excellent and Friendly staff - V. good Location (Supermarket, resturants, Laundry, shaving saloon and bus stop all are within 150 m) - V. good breakfast with varities. - Good view of Uludag " Bursa Mountain"

- WIFI signal was poor in the 7th floor. - Sofa bed was uncomfortable.
